- In this lesson I show you how to find the equation of a perpendicular bisector of a line segment. ✨✨Steps to follow below✨✨
1. Find the gradient of the line AB
2. Find the gradient of the perpendicular bisector
3. Find the midpoint of the line AB
4. Find the y-intercept of the perpendicular bisector (using the midpoint coordinates and the gradient already found)
5. Write down the equation of the perpendicular bisector! 😊

this one is tedious. Please clarify -5-7 = -12
I don't understand it.
Because I understand that 1- -2=3
1--2= 3 is cuz -2 is being multiplied by minus so it becomes + but in -5-7 nothing is being multiplied in that way (in bracket) so it stays as minus
