    If you havent had coffee with egg yolks blended in your missing out. So good its like bulletproof coffee but more smooth consistency is like velvet.

      @@LiveLeanTV I don't have an exact measurement it would probably be one egg yolk per 6-8oz. I learned it from a Vietnamese friend. Lol

      That was an Italian staple in my house growing up for breakfast before school. An egg yolk beaten until smooth (my Mom did add a bit of sugar to the egg yolk) then add coffee.

      *i've done the bullet coffee, but i love raw eggs so i can down a *whole* raw egg and chase it with a black cup of Joe. i will try it your way but if i don't like i can do the first option. *Thanx*

    Can I make these recipes ahead and then just reheat? I'm used to do meal prep on Sundays. I'm my mom caregiver and I struggle a lot trying to keep up with workouts and meals. But doing things ahead gives me peace of mind.

    All but one of the recipes don't follow the requirement for 1 T fat for 1egg. Only 1 T of fat is used in the pancake recipe, pizza, waffle recipe. Only 2T of fat is used in the quiche recipe. No fat in the oatmeal recipe. And 4 T of fat in the lemon bars with 7 eggs (3 T short of butter according to the rules). Very confusing. What's up with that?

    Will the results last if you go back to low carb? Not keto. I've been working out a lot more , but my weight loss is minimal

      Yes, if you continue to eat mainly whole foods and stay at maintenance calories or a slight deficit the results should last.

    i no like but gonna try, can i just do
    plain omelet with cream cheese on the side
    2 scramble eggs with half or whole avocado
    2 basted eggs
