We need better filesystem like md5 but web3 version on our OS that gived credits to the real owners. Its also this needed to fight with false information.. all our internet is garbage, this type of problems happening because of web 2.0
AI can't create truly original material; it can only produce based on its training set. If we want original art, we need to make sure artists are supported, and that starts with ensuring that companies need the consent of a creator to use their material in a training set, and if an artist is cited by name when people ask for AI art, then that artist deserves a reasonable percentage of any revenue from that process.

Define "truly original" I mean, it seems that even amongst training data, that can easily include combinations we've never seen before.
They lost the Case.
You can not copyright AI creations. You can copyright human creations. Humans can use portions of human creations in new creations. AI is using portions of human copyrighted creations in AI creations that can not be copyrighted. No one can stop anyone from distributing AI creations, thus no significant wealth can be created by the actual sale of AI art because as soon as it becomes popular anyone can distribute it. In the end, the fame generated by the wide distribution of AI art might actually help an artist by spreading demand for their style with the original human the only one able to control distribute of it if it becomes widely desirable. Art is only commercially valuable when people want it.
I'm sorry but this is incredibly short sighted, which of course benefits the discourse of this kind of unethical image generators. AI is literally being used to impersonate artists and to create bootleg imitations of their work, names, and careers, flooding the internet with thousands of mimicked images asociated with their names and brands, piggybacking their hard earned reputations, it does not help artists whatsoever, it only makes it harder for regular people to find the original owner and pieces, misleading people and letting pretenders and companies (which already earn a lot of money from suscriptions) earn money from the work of others.
Whether they like it or not, certain industries will fall to AI and robots. The only solution is to either learn a skill that contributes to a vital industry or find a way to remove 2-3 billion people in the world. AI and robots are here to expedite workflow and advance the workspace. The more populated the world gets, the more advanced technology we need to sustain the sheer size of the our species.
Beware the day that your precious technology defenses replace your job as a stalwart booster of said technology. Oh, and I had to laugh at the absent humanity of your "to expedite workflow and advance the workspace". It's like your own attitude toward people has become so mechanized that you can only explain it in the language of a machine.
@@anodyne57 I'll be long gone way before technology replaces what I do, if ever. I didn't choose a career field that didn't provide job security. Also, I like to view things with realism and comprehensive problem solving. I don't believe it takes a genius to understand that technological solutions creates bigger profit margins and faster product creation. If people don't want to adapt, that's their fault for not planning ahead.
What about we think differently. Create work for those people to be productive.

the lady in this video doesnt even know what she wants. she is full of bs. listen, and you even hear her say she "cant even enjoy her work" now because of current events.. what?? if you cant enjoy your art passion because you're making less money then its time for a wake up call.. maybe, visual art WASNT your passion to begin with, sweetheart. if you were truly passionate about your work you would adapt, not complain.
