This demon was a threat to his offspring no matter who the mother was. People lose sight of this fact. He robbed his own child of happiness, all the joys of childhood, and life. He robbed a loving mother of her child that she held for 9-months; a child that she loved, raised, clothed, fed, and took care of. Rot in prison and eventually rot in hell.

Exactly! Bless this precious mother. At 16 yrs old she made the decision to give birth and raise this child, while the spawn of the devil father is an absolute disgrace to life itself. Corey was precious, innocent and a gift to the world. God bless his mother. This killer's father can go f**k himself. Zero sympathy for both him and his despicable, murdering son.

It’s a shame the mother took care of her son while battling addiction and he was never harmed. His father got custody of a child he never wanted and was scared to tell his parents about had him a short time w/o his parents help and he dies. Who bites a child and does that kind of torment on a treadmill? Christopher Gregory that’s who!! He ran to TN as fast as he could. Prayers for the mom and both families.

@SoundWave1984-cu6xbOr bite them on the head. Corey did not even visually react out of fear of what would happen to him at the hands of his father. Why even have CPS if they do nothing? I am saddened to think that Corey must have cried himself to sleep many nights feeling desperate and helpless. I think and feel this monster broke his own child’s heart and spirit. We know Corey’s.heart was broken physically by the man who should have loved, cherished and protected him. This evil is a danger to others and should be separated from society.

I believe the State’s evidence and witnesses including forensic paediatric pathologist and investigators met the standard of proof for murder.
The reasons he wasn’t found guilty of murder by the jurors are many and none of them are due to lack of guilt.
Firstly, to find him guilty of murder in this very long and disjointed trial full of don’t look here look over there theatrics, the good men and women of the jury needed to hold in their minds eye a reality so disturbing and foreign to them.
They had to imagine what Gregor did to inflict blunt force trauma on him between 9am and 1pm because that experience is only known by Corey, Gregor and God.
The forensic pathologist Dr Thomas Andrew explained it as simply and perfectly as possible. The autopsy is like the human body giving testimony. The trained expert has to describe what happened by the signs that the body holds up.
The lacerated heart and liver simply could not be explained away even by Dr Baden, paid to confuse and put doubt into the jurors minds. SIDS?! Sorry SUDS 🤯. In a 6 year old child with lacerated internal organs??! Look over here, listen to this long since revered pathologist, don’t look over there going on with the defence attorney.
So the jurors had to understand what Dr Andrew said about the inflammatory markers that are like the body giving the pathologist a timeframe (in the apartment alone with Gregor) and the lacerated internal organs like the body telling the pathologist that this was homicide, extreme blunt force trauma, no accident.
Secondly, the ridiculously long reading out of the charge details and legal terms etc were too much at once. I myself have to see not just hear instructions whilst I’m listening. I could not absorb the verbal instructions they were given. I had to refer to the New Jersey Justice Department documents to see that Gregor did indeed murder Corey.
Thirdly, the State’s evidence and witnesses couldn’t be in that apartment with Corey but that little body gave the clues. Laymen and women would rather be shown the weapon used with some DNA on it. Sadly most that intentionally murder people aren’t entirely stupid and child abusers are the most deceptive and covert of criminals.
Gregor however had to act quickly with CPS now forced to investigate starting with Corey and a specialist. Gregor was enraged at everyone and working quickly to leave a string of accusations against Breanna but Corey was still always the child that was about to have the horrible details drawn out of him.
With Corey barely taking his last breath Gregor fled the State, the months and weeks of abuse and the escalation in concern from so many mandatory reporters and his Mum showed the history and pattern of Gregor’s abuse of Corey. The signs of an abused child were explained by Dr Andrew and a couple i ok f pediatricians.
The text messages, food ordering whilst his son was dying, wasted time putting clean clothes on Corey, the garbage bin evidence, frantic attempts to call many avenues to accuse Breanna of abuse and claim she told Corey to tell them it was him… Gregor needed Corey to die for his narrative to be the last word and prevent the forensic interview by a child abuse specislist that would confirm the ugly violent truth.
Gregor didn’t render any life saving assistance until the 11th hour when he merely drove Corey to an ER to avoid him dying in his apartment. The ER staff told us how little concern he showed. His texts whilst Corey was about to die show that the hysteria his parents described as he called them was merely performative and designed to whip his father into action as he told his father “Breanna killed him” before he fled the State. His parents now in charge of yet another cover up and clean up job for their conscienceless adult son
That’s all very hard to accept for most of us. That a father can do that. Hard to imagine what Corey went through. That and the overload of auditory charge information saw them be cautious and decide on Manslaughter in my opinion

No, but he can and will, His lawyer already said they were going to appeal the decision. If he wins a new trial he could get a jury that convicts of murder. Whats messed up is the state was asking for endanger the welfare of a child, and murder, the judge turned around and told the jury they could consider manslaughter, something just seems messed up, why would the judge do that? If the judge doesn't give him the max 30 yrs and some small sentence he needs to be investigated. this judge said and did some shady stuff during this trial that benefited the defense.
