Last year, recovering from severe depression, I discovered UA-cam cleaning videos. Up to that point, I was pretty much spending my days lying on the couch watching TV and eating junk food, but I began to feel inspired to start tackling my own home. I started with decluttering, and then - having checked out a number of different homemaking channels - I started to organise my own cleaning schedules. The difference this has made to my life and my frame of mind (not to mention my home) is amazing. I find that if my home is clean and organised it frees up my mind to tackle other things. I now have four favourite cleaning/homemaking channels (obviously this is one!) which I watch on a regular basis. I love seeing other people’s homes and routines, and I love picking up new tips. Your videos are great - I find them very inspirational. So thank you for the part you have (unknowingly) played in my recovery. 😘

I hope all is well with you in your life now. I also watch her videos for her positivity and inspiration. I'm on hemodialysis and have no energy to clean my house but when I listen to her videos I seem to get more done, at least get the dishes in the dish washer and a load of laundry put in. I really don't know what gives her her energy but whatever it is I'LL HAVE WHAT SHE'S HAVING! LOL
I’ve been watching your videos for about a year now. You helped me out of my PPD with my first and I was also a new SAHM. So I was trying to adjust to a new baby and staying at home. Before, I had ZERO motivation to clean or cook. It was putting a lot of strain on my marriage. Ever since I found you & your videos, I actually enjoy cleaning & cooking. Having a clean house definitely puts me & everyone else in a better mood. And that better mood trickles down to improving my marriage & relationship with my kids.

I started watching myka stauffer’s channel years ago by accident when work sent me to a very small country town. It was a very difficult time for me being 6 hours away from my partner and family. I went down a UA-cam worm hole from there and found all of these amazing UA-cam women and Mammas. Even though I’m not a mum myself, all of your videos warm my heart and made a happy safe place for me to go after work when I had no one supporting me around. For that I thank you all 💕💕 it’s years later now I’m home with my now fiancé 💍 and I still watch all your videos, when I’m in need of some motivation or cheering up.
I am currently on maternity leave and have a 7 month old son, I felt like I was in a slump and wasn't happy and always felt embarrassed by my home. Watching your videos always gives me so much motivation to get up and get some stuff done which is amazing for your over all mood. It’s been about 2 months! I’m new here. I work full time as a lawyer, have 2 cats, no kids, but my husband and I work hard and all 4 of us enjoy a tidy space. I watch your channel to remind myself it’s worth it to spend the time making our home a peaceful and clean space. Esp with COVID happening, it’s been a good way to regroup and come to center. I started watching your channel about two weeks ago, I love how you can turn a messy room, pantry or fridge into an organised roomy home. Living in a small home with not much in storage its hard to keep it looking good, but I want to give it a go, once my hand is healed, until then I'll research where to buy things in Australia, I'm wishing we had the same stores here. I'm glad you have created this channel and that it helped you as well as others, thank you .. I have Hashimoto's Disease and a few others, some days are hard, brain fog can be bad, depression too, I found going for walks outside helps, these lockdowns don't help.
I think I have been watching your videos for about 1 yr. I was really excited about 6 months in when I learned you were from my home state. Because I work outside my home my weekend cleaning and laundry routine turned from a dreadful task into something I actually look forward to with you and your great music. I started watching cleaning videos, in general, to help with my postpartum depression as well after my girl was born. I didn't want to do anything or take care of her or myself or my husband and it was taking a toll on my family. You Amanda and a few other UA-camrs got me inspired again slowly to help myself and my family. I still feel down sometimes but I think to myself that my family loves me and that I will be ok. Your positivity and warm demeanour calmed me and helped me through the hard parts. You are the best mama and you keep motivating me to be my best. ❤️

This video was amazing!!! You worked SO HARD on all that food prep and fridge organisation. The idea of putting the meat and cheese in the drawers and veg in the display boxes up high could revolutionise how fridges are made..! It’s so true that the veg drawers are too long and stuff turns to compost at the back. Brown liquid from a rotting piece of veg silently leaks onto all the good stuff before you notice! Been there so many times... 🤦🏻♀️ I’m going food shopping tomorrow, seems like a good time for me to reorganise my fridge too!

I found the cleaning motivation community when I bought my house in June. I was a slob and that's all I knew. I wanted no clutter in my house. I grew up with clutter and mess and I hated it! I'm really loving this motivation I've found on UA-cam! I never liked UA-cam before but now I love it! Thank you for making videos! 💞 it's also changed the way I parent and I'm loving it my son is totally loving it and hubby also loves that I don't baby our 5 year old anymore!

Great video! The very first time I watched a cleaning video was maybe 1 1/2 yrs. ago and it was one of your night time videos. I was instantly hooked! If you soak your grapes in water with a little bit of baking soda and vinegar for 10-15 mins., it will remove most of the white residue. Make sure to thoroughly wash them after they have smoked. Try it out on a small batch and see how to like it. 😊

Leave celery in water, it stores longer. Great juicer by the way. Nice fridge set up. Use the kale stems and celery bottoms in the juicer, to get the most of the veggies.

I found you when I was randomly checking for cleaning vlogs two years ago. I think the first video I watched was a Costco haul then decided to subscribe. It was one of the best decisions I’ve made tbh. I always look forward to your vlogs, the satisfaction I get every time you clean and organize your house + the fam vlog on your other account, they were the best. I found cleaning videos about two years ago. I followed someone who did make up videos who did a collab with Housewife Glamlife. So i started looking through her channel and found cleaning videos. I was really excited because watching someone else clean is very relaxing to me. Then the cleaning videos caused me to become all about cleaning all the time. Not sure how long I have been a subscriber. I found you by browsing cleaning videos. Autumn is the best season, so of course I love to decorate then! I do decorate for Spring as well.
Yours is the first cleaning and mommy lifestyle channel that I started watching... came upon your channel about a year and a half ago... your videos have motivated me so much as I struggled with being a new mother (my son is 3yrs old now) and taking up another new role as home maker(I quit my job when my son was born)... I follow a few other similar channels as well but you are by far my favorite and you have been for the past couple of years😍

I have to prep fruit and veggies as soon as I get home from grocery shopping! I have always said that I'm like a kid that won't eat my healthy stuff unless its cleaned and cut. The difficult part was figuring out what worked since I'm in charge of what I eat. Power on!
