Have never seen your videos before, but just stopped by because it looked interesting. I think you have a great taste and the amount of time you spent on that round frame paid off in spades! That’s my favorite DIY.
I am new to using molds and I was so glad to see your techniques ! I have lost some vision and I am watching with readers and a magnifying glass!! Time will tell if I gain some vision back. I love all the projects- I can’t pick one!😝 You sound good and this video rocks!!😊 Please
I will definitely keep you in my prayers, I know health struggles can make it very difficult to do the things we love to do. I am so happy you are still crafting. I have a dozen readers all over the house and three of those are on the top of my head lol. I am so glad you liked the video.
Your projects are ALWAYS amazing! I'm so glad to see you creating again❤. Beautiful, beautiful ideas... If your foam board does happen to curl or distort, just paint the back side also and it'll flatten right back out...
Wow! That was quite a journey you took us on with that project. I wasn’t sure where you we’re going for a bit. It turned out so beautifully. That’s why we trust the process.
Sammie sure knows what she's talking about! That faux plate is incredible!!!! I can't get over how you just elevated those molds. I will definitely be using that syringe method, I don't like gaps either. And I just love the color you got from mixing the white wax in with the antique wax! Just brilliant!💯💖💕♥️
I'm a little late to this party, and I don't know if anyone else has mentioned this, but your wood box is a Pennsylvania Dutch recipe box. It holds the recipe cards side by side.
I so glad you like the projects. I realize I do say umm quite a bit and I do try to be aware of it. I am still trying to get comfortable with voice overs hopefully one day the words will flow a little smoother.
I have watched so many channels using DIY paint, the thing I find is no one ever shows just how you are supposed to come back after the wax application, I found this is what makes or breaks a piece, I used the DIY paint on a project, and somehow the wax just didn't take, I don't know if I put too much wax on which I doubt, but what I did do was buff the hell out of the piece, I mean rubbing it all over, then rubbing again , the more I buffed the softer it looked, I found out that buffing the wax to a fine sheen was as time consuming as actual paint time...which no one, not EVEN Debi shows...so my question to you, would you do a piece small furniture of something that a sheen will show, and show us exactly how to apply and buff off the wax...any paint that requires wax just seems to show the paint then the application of wax and then say rub it off....you have to buff it, there is more to this to make the wax durable.
I think most of the time wax is being used to highlight detail. So it’s put on and then wiped off right away. If you’re wanting to buff it out apply and let it sit for 5-10 minutes before buffing. I hope this helps.
I loved the dark brown Velasquez vase. Outstanding 👏👏👏👏👏
Awesome! Thank you!

No I haven't been told that but thank you for the info.
You have so many lovely projects. I don’t know if you realize you say “um” frequently while you are describing your process.
