Hi Charlie! I feel quite inspired by your demonstrations of the plum apple chutney and the plum jam! You make it seem so stress free! Now I must secure a few pounds of plums. Is there a plum coffee cake recipe tucked away in your recipe files? It is always a pleasure to sit down with a tea and relax with your vlogs. I especially enjoy seeing the lovely family pups and the whole of country life. Would like to be a guest at your b'n b one day!
I wish I could now how Miss Marple "made" Cherry Brandy from regular brandy. Apparently it was supposed to have been a very old recipe. Also her Cowslip Wine and Seed Cake from At Bertram's Hotel etc. I am not suggesting that you actually make these recipes, but if you happen to have them from a great grandmother, you could share them with us...?
I would cook the jam with the stones in, then spoon them out before putting in jars - adds so much more flavour
Brilliant! Looks utterly delicious. Happy Autumn...
Just freezing the fruit for cobblers during the year is also nice
Not tired of plumbing at all, it's nice that you show various uses for each vegetable or fruit.
Thank you so pleased you like the jam videos xxx
