Thank you so much 50k subscribers !! To celebrate, I made this cheddar cheesecake and pairing it with homemade chocolate sauce, strawberries, ferrero rocher, and cheese sticks biscuits. Can believe this cheesecake turned out soo good. Soft, fluffy, tastes so cheesy with the right amount of sweetness 😋
Here's the recipe that I used to make this cheesecake. Just follow the exact amount and steps written on the recipe, you'd get the perfect delicious cake. In my case, I do made some changes here and there since I used bigger pan and also I wanted a more dense texture with extra cheesy taste.

Oh never had a cheesy sponge cake before...just had the pandan on a few days ago 🤤 Oh wow it's homemade! Not appetizing? It looks delicious 😱🤤 OMG it sounds so moist 😳 Hehe eating with hands is easier 😝 Oh didn't expect it to be dry in the throat 🤔 It looks so pretty with the strawberries and chocolate 🤩 Ferrero 🤤 Never had those kind of cheese snacks before. My mom used to make cheese snacks with the same recipe as they use for cookie part of nastar with loads of cheese. 🤤
