Really Love the house behind door #2. That Carson model is what I would relocate to. I'm in CT and it's time to cash out and get out. I'm 65, 3 years retired and looking to upgrade from my 1400 sq ft home and sell my condo I rent. I'll look you up in January when I'm planning to visit my family and friends in that area.

Pool was never mentioned by the realtor which I found odd and barely mentioned the lake. Its beautiful.

I disagree about Tampa and I think she will too here in a few years as Tampa has been getting HUGE commercial investments for larger properties and its moving up in alot of areas (I know I just relocated from Wesley Chapel to Tampa).

You may wanna look at Clearwater, FL Jules. There are properties there smaller, affordable and the area is also very beautiful and safe ❤

The Carson is beautiful! I’m looking for a two story here in Palm Beach County- minimum of 4 BR (or 3 with an office). If I can find something similar to this mode, I would be so happy! Do you recommend any GL homes communities in South Florida (particularly in Palm Beach County)?

Does the price include the pool? First House…Like the home but would love loft and more bedrooms. Second house I really do not like the decorating. Actually better plain. I like the hardwood floor. Area is pretty.
Price does not include the pool. The price shown is the base price. The good thing about pre-construction is that you could choose the flooring, cabinets & countertops that you desire and they will put it in for you.

Hello Mimi, you would just go to your local college/University who offers the courses and study when you complete the course, you take the exam and earn your realtors license. Once you pass your certified. Now is a good time to get in and get some knowledge and skill under your belt before the market shoots back up. Also, you will get some realtors that will tell you it's not worth it and that you'll have to work a while to get in somewhere good. I will tell you that that may be true in other places/states but Florida has given the complete opposite!! If you are motivated-and apply yourself you can really grow so fast ❤
Lighting in the Easton is nice but not for me. Now the Carson lighting is more my upscale taste. The Whole Carson was decorated nicely. The Dogs and the small touches down to the figures in the rings on the wall were nicely done, I see Tampa is a nice option compared to the prices in West Palm Beach. These homes are nicely done and more reasonably priced. Good to see you show homes well under a million dollars. These would be over a million in West Palm, It sounds like availability it better than South East Florida as well. HOA is reasonable if it includes cable/internet and other amenities? I think you don't go into as much details like you used to. I understand it can be time consuming. However we miss your style and joy you bring when going through the homes. Community has a nice gated entrance, is it manned or just cameras? What is this community near to in terms of grocery, dinning, and other shopping? So you will travel quite far to other parts of Florida. That is good to know. It would be good to see what else Tampa has to offer in terms of luxury town houses compared to the ones in Doral. Looks like Port St Lucie has the best prices, but are less upscale in design. Keep the videos coming we are learning a lot about different areas. Thanks for posting a new video. I dislike when the properties have areas closed off. We want to see the whole house. Oh well. Peace and Love.

I wonder when they say $594,000 base price, how much would all the extras in the model homes bring the price up to?
It is brought up by so much something. Once you see a model and remember the name of tomato that you like and we have a phone conversation, we can narrow down the price based on what you say you like in a house.
If I was spending this kind of money, I would be living on my own piece of land with like 5+ acres.

It is a model house, it cost about $750,000 base now. Record show that the market in Tampa has doubled within the last two years as far as prices. It is a very nice city to live.

The land options are usually a little over a 1/4 acre. They do not sell one acre lots unfortunately.

Houses are nice but the lack of development with the streets and highways!!! Unless you work from home there’s tons of traffic in this area with one entrance end exit from the freeway.

I did explain why, but I can explain again. Tampa is on the West Coast and I live on the east coast of south Florida. Most of the buyers and sellers I assist are on the east coast of South Florida. Are you from Florida or planning to move here?

I don’t understand these Florida builders. They build these expensive new homes but put that garbage wire shelving in all the closets. It looks so cheap. It doesn’t cost much more to put a better shelving system in each of the closets. It just indicates that the builder doesn’t focus on the detail and is trying to cut corners.
If you don’t like the closet set up they do have options where you could upgrade it and they could give you a custom closet. But the standard closet does come with the basic wire shelves. I completely understand what you are saying.
