Some nice traditional models there. That PIper goes alright as well. But that engine. Either it is sucking air, or there is not enough Methanol in the mixture as it has a VERY intermittent firing. Nice field. Looks like Winter came early this year!
This is a normal for 4stroke engine without nitromethane additive in the fuel. The carb is very simple and mixture is not a fine mist it like a droplets. I am planning to increase compression ratio that should help to vaporize mixture. Bigger bore engines runs better.
@@RC_Sky OK. NOW I get it. It's a FOUR stroke. I've never used or seen a four stroke. I've only ever used two-strokes and ofcourse they sound and go different. Still. I do like to watch you guys fly. Especially being so dedicated in the cold. I've NEVER seen anyone ever fly in the snow before. So there's a first!
@@doraexplora9046 Than you! This is very important to me. So winter is here so will be more snow and cold flights. If you see my videos with OSMax 55 2 stroke it sounds like a tuned engine should.
@@RC_Sky I look through ALL your vids when I can. Your RC modelling reminds me a bit like when I started back in the 70's. Back then I made my first two channel radio myself after learning how PWM controllers worked. LOL It's entertaining and I can see your family and friends 'have the bug' as well..
@@doraexplora9046 1970, you should be good in electronics. I remember later FM modulation transmitter. In the USSR we did not have good remote controls, only for members of USSR team. For regular people it was so ugly - not flyable. All I get when USSR disappeared. I hope it will not return.
