Sailing out of NY is such a beautiful experience. As a native New Yorker who has lived in MD for over 20 years, I felt like a tourist from my own city. FYI, I took AMTRAK in to Penn Station and it was a short Cab Ride to the Port.

Hey guys. A carryon is a tote or 22”. Wow. Your 1st time Vlogging from NYC. 35 min check in was great. Was a disaster in July getting onto the Carnival Magic. Yes. Saw the room tour Vlog. Agreed Haven suites cost many coins. Private elevator understood. Lunch at the Commodore Room. Drink package included 🙌🏼. Understand only order certain foods on a cruise. It’s escargot 🐌 for me. Belvedere Bar. Oh premade daily drinks bottled instead of on tap. The casino is big. The casino bar is outside the casino in the atrium. Deck 17 Vibe beach club. Jazzy’s walk 😂. Beautiful sailing out of NYC. Wish there was a bigger selection of ships. Oh miss your jacuzzi friend. Great conversation. Awwww. You fell asleep. Great they have late night dining at the Local. I like my baked chicken all seasoned up but fried outside. Great first day. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.

Yes and we definitely didn’t go out much with a Canada itinerary lol. The observation decks on NCL was great for a drink while watching the ocean tho

People if you are like me and like your Fried Chicken and no damn Baked Buffalo Chicken wings, you have to order in advanced, like go to the Local at 2:00 PM and tell them you are going to be back 10:00 PM for Fried Buffalo chicken wings. I did it on the NCL Encore in September

I like design of the Casino it seems laid back and Casual. It shouldn’t be located in the Atrium though just because it is easily accessible to kids
The location was a bit weird to us but I guess I didn’t make any difference once inside, it was huge

I don't think there was one lol. Yes its not for young kids in our assessment
Guys- atrium has bar, separate from casino. Plenty of stuff for kids-splash area, mini golf, darts, go karts, ping pong…….
Yes we have a 5 & 6 year old, the splash pad is very small and will be boring to them in 2 mins, they cannot get on the slides, play darts, or go carts.
The atrium bar is the casino bar also, we know there is another bar upstairs also which is just the atrium but the bar on the 6th floor of the atrium is the casino bar also.
The elevator was definitely given Michael Jackson vibe!!!! The beach club was GIVIN!!!! Rich where's the accent???? Ain't nothing like vacation sleep! The new Royal Icon...........I needs to be on it next year. Will you guy do a inaugural melanin and Sea one this ship?
I doubt we will do a group cruise on an inaugural ever again after Jubilee.

Porters were available (the letter that said otherwise was wrong and corrected by an email from NCL) and negative covid testing was required to get into Bermuda. You were lucky to get into Bermuda if you did.
There was 100% no porters for our sailing.
We did not sail to Bermuda, this sailing was prior to that Bermuda sailing last week for travel agents and media only.

Hey! Welcome to our channel! NCL does a lot of “free at sea” promotions which can include the drink package. Overall does cost a bit more than a budget cruise but you definitely get a more premium experience

The first thing I noticed when you guys sat down to eat in the commodore room was Rich’s Apple Watch Ultra! On a whole different note. I know you are a nurse Rich, I did informatics, and gadgets are my life lol! How do you like the watch, I am enjoying not needed to charge it for 2 days on average since I got it. I did watch the video though. Lol.

Beautiful family. So, I know you guys have done trips with the girls on more family theme cruises. We have two boys 4 and 6.We are about to book the Viva(sister ship to Prima) for August sailing. I know this ship line is not kid theme, but do you think there is enough for the kids to do and enjoy?
4 and 6 year old is our expertise. The Prima and Viva isn’t great for kids but 4 & 6 year old sibling are easy to impress and they also have each other. The ship is really amazing for adults , I know it will be a good time for you guys.

First and only cruised on Norwegian once 2016 the Spirit. BAD EXPERIENCE. Had a good time just not the ship. People weren’t friendly only the staff of the ship.

My next option outside of CARNIVAL will have to be NORWEGIAN PRIMA. I will definitely book it in the middle of 2023. It looks very NICE, & not as "BOURGIE". 👍🏾🤙🏾🤝🛳⚓
NCL is much more premium than Carnival. Different vibe of course but we really enjoyed it
