@The Autarch Bro both are good you probably 5 or something because there are jokes that only older kids understand and its hilarious so uhh yea. You also probably just learned what emojis are. ;D
Turning Red’s animation is the perfect example of style over substance. It relies on flashy imagery copying Japanese animation and UA-cam TikTok videos in order to keep the children’s attention. But it lacks a certain soul or emotionw
The set pieces in Turning Red are far too unrealistic. Ming is a psycho who hits a bodyguard in school to deliver towels to her daughter instead of… I don’t know… go at the reception to give them properly. Plus, I don’t buy that no one fears Mei’s panda, no authority ever investigate the destruction of the town by the panda. For all these reasons I can’t consider Turning Red to be a better movie than Encanto. Encanto resolves with a very realistic dialog between Mirabel and Alma where the tone is heavy and it culminates in a scary destruction of the house. Turning Red resolves in a She-Hulk alike fight with Mei twerking. I have nothing to add.
Do you also think that Turning Red is better than Encanto?
I love Encanto
Encanto = god Turning Red = bad

IT'S PRONOUNCED MAY!!!!! NOT ME!!! It's killing whatever argument about the movie you're making when you can't say the protagonist's name right.
