My neighbor was hospitalized and could pay rent on time. They charged her $50 per day. She owes 1300.. the management has changed and have been throwing out all of her belongings while she’s showering ! . They also turned off the washer on her second load. Sounded the smoke detector 4 times. Anonymously called the police for “loud banging” at night. Turned off her light.. and she was about to sleep on the floor because the management threw her bed away.. she was in the process of taking it out and they just threw it out. Cops showed up. Told her to make a civil case and she has a right to stay there meanwhile. Due to no force entry on her behalf. The maintence even broke the blind to go inside
She stayed at my Airbnb for tonight and tomorrow. Which was cancelled and no refund was processed. The people said they weren’t going to write me a bad review and not to refund. Gods grace is what I call that!!! I have told her she’s a Christian, since she believes in the trinity. I prayed for her and I was used by JESUS to help her . Mind you, I met her because my husband got a message to talk to her while doing laundry next to her.

I just took the exam on December 7, 2023 and got a 66% on 70% 😢

can somebody help me out please, I get that there is a national portion of the test and a state version. If I were to just study on PrepAgent, will I also pass the state version of the test? I'm in california, also, if anyone has any sites, I could visit to help me out with the state portion of the test.
