also 16GB, with Core i5 11500, but CPU usage is very low ~20-25%, so with your i7 4790 should be similar performance. With the latest Sim Update 5 is huge improvment in performance optimalization. Worth to re downalod :)

I do not tested 1080p yet, I have to play minimum at 1440p on 4K monitor to have nice sharp picture close to native.
Can a 1660 Super handle 3 x 1080p monitors at 30fps on high or ultra? I have an AMX Rzyen 5-2600
What fps you getting? Can't read the numbers, super tiny.
30fps in most time, only in New York city I have slow downs but only if use outside camera, in cocpit stable 30fps all time.
