She's a kind person, but strict. And that is needed for doing a good job. Otherwise anyone could've done her job.

I understand that the MCs want to make the show funny and entertaining but sometimes the way they make fun of the bosses is a bit too much. I mean, the bosses are professionals who know what they're doing and are definitely good at their job. Who are they to be qualified to criticize and mock their work ethics and tell them how to do their job. I'm just saying, there's a line until where you could make the show fun and sometimes they crossed that line

The perfection level in this industry is no joke. In rehearsal a model got swollen from ankle down to her foot-palm, I got yelled for giving painkiller to her. U cant walk? Ok wear sandals but u must be there. A show director once left in the middle of the show bcs one messed her walk.

@@jiahuigoh9559 The model must pay attention to the sequence, no interjections whatsoever. In real show if something happened ure expected to carry on as if ure okay until the show ended (hence there are a lot of clips of models broke the shoes struggling to walk but they still gotta walk).

I don't like how they speak about the CEO because if she wasn't like that she wouldn't be respected and wouldn't be the CEO. Let's be honest if the CEO's are not strict enough some of the people who will be working with them will not do great as it is now. Sometimes you got to learn in a hard way.

lol I appreciate it when a designer or people in higher positions at least acknowledge that someone at the bottom/below them is going to be suffering due to their last-minute changes. So when she called CEO Kim out like that I had to laugh but had flashbacks when my boss used to pull this before big meetings or conferences.

I hope the hosts from this show should learn to refrain reckless comments. These CEO or trainers must be excellent in their jobs to hold such positions and earn respect from their employees and trust from their clients. Even though it’s for entertaining purposes , the one who receiving must have felt uncomfortable when they keep nitpicking her every action negatively. It’s not like these MCs can even reach those positions easily.
Ikr?? It's frustrating because to be a boss or a ceo are not an easy task nor position, especially running their own personal company. Not saying that MCs or comedian are easy but those two are separate fields with completely different work ethics so i really don't understand why are they being so petty with jobs that are so different from theirs and they also have no valuable knowledge regarding that position either

Boss Kim said in the episode with JxR that she will take care of the young male idols because their parents entrusted them to her. But she must think that way too with her staffs, especially Jimin, because they have parents too and their parents want their children (the staffs) to live healthyly and happily too.
I don't like how the old lady talk. She is not a professional model and yet she keeps comparing how the CEO works in this event to her experience with another event." You just need to walk back and forth then you're done" that line is so disrespectful to everyone who work on that event. That old lady sounds like a frog in a well.

If you thought of it I think it was like an inside joke since they are in a show. For sure the granny don't just take it lightly since she was also a boss it's just that they have different fields of work. If you compare cooking and modeling, cooking might be the easiest but if you think of it modeling is also easy since "you only walk back and forth". Both fields have basicality so that's what she pointed out.

And she didn’t compare she just said wut she did she was like I didn’t have to work this hard obviously showing that she knows models work hard.
