Yeah it sucks. My problem is looking for confirmation and views similar to mine. Luckily, my dicernment allows me to skip the manipulation. I love the video format for learning. And I'm not surrounded by anyone to have a conversation on what I'm being made aware of and many haven't a clue. So my tribe has become people I've never met.
