How can any one say that Skaja is arrogant when he was being insulted ''a dog'' in public by his opponent without responding?
This man Igathe is discussing over The Next Gov.Sakaja while the next Gov.Sakaja is showing how Nairobians are in disaster and in need of an able man to be in office for the 5year term .......
