I always consider a close grip press just a chest press with elbows at your sides.

Pull over should be added to basic chest movements. It does work the whole upper body, and has many variations that can emphasise a particular area. What you call the "u" press is not unique. It's just a variation of the db press from back in the day that's gotten lost. A lot of people find it much more shoulder friendly. Again the low to high cable crossover variation is not unique just lost. You young kids need to start your study w/ the history. You're discovery and renaming stuff that's already been done.

The double dumbbell pullover doesn't touch a chest muscle in the direction of the chest fiber. Crap exercise.
The pecs are an adductor and internal rotator for the arms. You also create tension in the direction of the sternal portion of the pecs when pressing the dumbbells together. While this exercise is in no way a mass builder, it’s good for chest activation, core stability, and shoulder flexibility.
