      Hey I just ran across your channel quick question I have a Mpc one how do I route all my sound out using different sequences in pro tool

    • @doswellbeats
      @doswellbeats Рік тому +1

      The best way to do it in my opinion. Is to use one sequence to make your full beat. Then bounce the midi to audio and take them to whatever DAW you want to. I have a video on that in my channel.

    I'm new to making beats as well, and I'm so glad I found this channel! You are the best at demonstrating and explaining how to do this in a way I can understand. I love the magnifying glass pointer you use, that is so helpful. You have the right pacing for me as well. Great work, I'm sharing this everywhere!

    Need to midi map drums, large kit, like 13 toms, 2 hi hat, 5 cymbals and one ride. I have the neil pert sounds and sample tank, but, the question would be, its set up for a 5 piece kit with a few cymbals, but in the program (ST4) you an see the triggered toms/drums/cymbals. How do we add more to that layout and then also set the midi keyboard note (key) we want that new added instrument to trigger. I am using rolands brain to somewhat alter this, but, it would be better to have it in ST4 so i can level the sounds right. ATM the dual sets of hi hats i have are triggering the same midi note and id rather have them seperated. As well as other toms are triggering the same note and i have to detune them, instead of actually triggering totally different tom sounds from each drum trigger pad. Hope that makes sense, but i cant find much on tutorials on how to set up a drum kit that is large. Thanks for any tips on that.

      Bro your question is long can you break it down

      Like a 21 piece drum kit to trigger the sounds from sampletank4 (bought the neil peart drums). How to make it trigger 21 different sounds from my roland drum set? (however i have found altering the module (drum brain) seems to be working. Ive found the (up to) 64 midi pads set up (like fpc) on ST4, but not had to time make my drums trigger them. Not sure how to use that with the Roland drumset/Flstudio

      Yeah bro I think you can load them up. But you have to charge the bank. Like you said you have 64 pads. And use the midi keyboard to trigger the pads . You just have to transpose your midi key board all the way down to C-0 or C-1. That will play the drums that’s connected to the pad

      @@doswellbeats Yea, but figuring out how it works it where its hard, haha. How that is actually done. =) I will post a video on how to, when i figure it out, haha.

    Thank you very much for this tutorial. A few minutes and my knowledge is enough to start using this plugin. Or if I already have a midi track that I made in the mini editor. Will the sample tank that I put on this track read midi and play in audio?

    Good video thanks. How do I separate each drum from a drum loop? So on the mixer you have each drum on individual tracks? Thanks.
