First - loving your vlogs lately, aesthetic and authentic!
Next - re: ovarian cysts - I was also put on the pill and it worked, and I was able to go off of it after two months. Unfortunately, they often grow back, which was the case with me. I wasn't willing to go on the pill again, so I tried an elminiatiom diet to see if anything specific triggered their growth and discovered that alcohol was a trigger. I would suggest maybe logging what you eat and how you feel after to see if you have any specific triggers that make the pain worse.

i get ovarian cysts and since there is nothing doctors can really do I have learned that taking magnesium, drinking peppermint or ginger tea and heating pad is what helps relieve some of the pain.
