Key information, specially for new or "new" players (the ones who are not use to explore options, even though they're not new). Those consumables can definitely make THE difference, especially on hard places like the ones you mentioned.
Another one I like to use is the Vitata500 for SP regen and small increase of SP (helps with extra SP regen tick every 100 sp part when using Arc Angeling card for example). And really great video, was just wondering about it right now xD

Population is doing pretty well at around 4000-4300 average (including merchants). Im not super big into WoE but there are a handful of guilds consistently participating, and it seems pretty well balanced. (Take this lightly as It could be wrong ;D)
