Eddie X is a great car UA-camr! Everyone should definitely sub. As for the C8, rumor has it the wall and it's buttons are going away in 2026 for a substantial redesign to include the Cadillac 14.5 inch infotainment widescreen.
C8 prices have finally approached reality but, my C7 Z51 Conv is a manual and I've never owned an auto as my "fun" car going back 50 years.........I am truly unsure and 50/50. A first world conflict but it's been front and center for months now.....
Man, these rare Chevys are just over $300,000AUD on our end with the required right hand drive conversion. But geez, if you have the Aussie dollar bills - what a machine, the first person view really does reveal how responsive the turn in really is. First thing that hit me even ahead of that manic engine note 😊

I love how RWD is retained, rather than making AWD standard like Lamborghini or Bugatti. Because it’s an American performance car so RWD makes it more “American” in my opinion.
Could’ve been whatever RPM Parker used to launch it at, traction control was working overtime to keep the car straight, power probably was cut, the road surface was bad… A number of things. I’m sure it’s pretty tricky to launch a 670 horsepower RWD car on public roads, even one as smooth and easy to drive as the Z06.
The Chevy dealers have made it difficult to own. I have been waiting for 3 years to get me C8 Z06 / Z07 package. I'm dealing with the best dealership Leach Wilson from Shelbyville IL. Aaron Miller has been the best and the rest are the salesmen there are just as awesome. From day one they stated they would sell the car at MSRP. Every other dealer I dealt with especially in the Chicago Metro area ( Golf MIll, Jack Phelan, and others) The dealers were trying to make themselves rich off of these cars??? Where is Chevrolet management trying to reign this in?? I will happily buy the car from Leach Wilson when Chevrolet FINALLY gives them their allocation. That seems to be the other issue, Chevrolet seems to be forgetting that the core is in the hard working blue collar center of the nation. The east coast, west coast and south coast dealers seem to be the only dealers to get allocations. Chevrolet take care of the people that made you who you are don't forget us central hard workers.

You can make it look like a european supercar and you can make it fast... But an opinion from anyone outside ot North America is that cabin is terrible and will not age well at all.
GM really brought the 458 Speciale back and gave it more power and more features and tech. The Z06 is nutty man.
