Sonic unleashed got a lot of hate when it came out i was of the few people that loved it and still do to this day.
Really happy when I found out people recently started loving it and even callin it and call it the best sonic game like I did.
As for frontiers, its definetely a step in the right direction.

I'm also one of the few ppl that absolutely likes Sonic Unleased as well
I never hated Sonic Unleashed, i played it way more than Sonic 06
Same but when I was younger I was trash so I never beat the game
I love Sonic Unleashed. It is one of my favorite Sonic game from the "Modern Sonic Era" next to Sonic Colors and Generations.

Sonic and Sega All-Stars racing was one of the Most nostalgic games I just remember it being just as fun as Mario kart back then Trying to unlock all the characters and maps kept me invested.
I'm still shocked Secret Rings was a game that was released the controls are something I still can't get a hold of after 10 hours of play

You forgot to include the Sonic Unleased name in Japan and that you explore the world. From the Cyclades of Greece to the Rome of Italy. From a Sub-Saharan African tribe to China. From China to the coast of Thailand. From Thailand to Greenland (Denmark) towards USA. And from USA to Jordan. That was amazing.

sonic free riders was the second sonic game i ever played and at the time i loved the game so much and played it pretty much everyday cus i was too young to care about the reviews and loved sonic.sonic was my childhood and this game catapulted my love for sonic.

Before Super Smash bros. Brawl. Sega wanted Sonic to be in the Super Smash bros. Melee But the request was late and the Sega CEO didn't wanted to Sonic in Smash at that time.
Sonic Unleashed was the first modern Sonic game I played and I enjoyed it on my PS2
