Bhimpalasi is the 1st single from Anirudh Varma Collective's upcoming 2nd Studio Album, ‘Homecoming’. The composition is about the desire to be heard by the ones you love, to be showered upon by compassion by the ones who's love you crave, and the restlessness that follows when what you so dearly want doesn't happen.

I accidentally jumped to this video from no where and waooooo what a gem this is 😍😍😍. I feel pity about billions of Indians promoting and letting crap singers like Badshah, Neha, Tony, Honey Singh, Mikha Singh and many others on big screen. These guys never get the recognition they deserve and the music doesn’t reach the masses unless the lovers dig and find it out. I don’t think they need anything else to replace the Indian Coke a Studio as a whole. These guys deserve to be there to project on a larger platform so that the world can listen them. ✌️✌️✌️

Superb Excellent....I could see Kathak dance in this , I could imagine Amir Khusro singing in this, I could imagine I am calling to God as I am at old age....i could see western blues music in this music. Absolutely fabulous. I just wish the guitar solo was a little longer, only because I love guitars. I am so glad the younger generation is experimenting with Indian classical in a really artistic way. Anirudh Verma seems very talented and has done a phenomenal job conducting this complex arrangement with many instruments and vocals coming together so beautifully. Hope he will keep learning more and keeps his goals really high, remembering people like Leonard Bernstein had to conduct music with about 50 - 60 people and twenty different instruments, Loved it.
This is one of my favourite ragas.I am addicted to it after your video.I wish prosperity to all artists and orchestra in your group.
