I feel sorry for these people, they have to work so hard to build a low quality product, in one of the takes I could see the assembler's hand with wounds, he was probably injured during the assembly, they don't wear gloves, and they work with sharp steel plates , screws and nuts being finger-tightened thousands of times a day... I live in Brazil, and I thought it was a backward country, but watching these videos I see that there are people in worse conditions than me (and I say this respectfully in a good way)
Hello from the US! I have been working in manufacturing here in the US for almost 40yrs and I can tell you first hand that this is common in manufacturing, even here as recently as 25yrs ago. I work for one of the big three Heating and Air conditioning manufacturers and when I first started in 1986 things were very similar right down to the blisters and cuts on workers hands. Its all part of working with sheet metal. Installing hardware (Nuts/bolts) was very similar for us then with the difference of air tools rather than electric which are more forgiving to use. Their product doesn't look up to "western" Standards, but I can guaranty you the workers are happy to have these jobs, and the family's who purchase these machines are glad to have them. 20-30yrs from now these guys will be putting satellites in space. Be blessed.
in Brazil we have a large industrial park because each piece of clothing is produced in several factories and electronic parts some come from china. all precession and mechanized. and also the use of robots and the famous industry 4.0 that we see in this film and an outlet to have a little modernity. keep in mind the most modern countries in the world have already experienced this.
It's kind of crazy to think that the united states was making washing machines of higher quality in the 1930's than this. I was shocked at how they just slap this together with some wood blocks, sheet metal and some eyeballed holes drilled to mount the electronics. I guess in principle it works fine because the drum doesnt actually move at all, because you could never build a modern day washing machine like this. lol
The stickers are far more impressive than a tin barrel with a lemon juicer on the bottom. I can't see that thing washing any clothes, but you could put pets in it, it's harmless enough. Some people have dogs that drag their ass on the carpet inside the house. They can put him in there and have it wash his ass.
Imagine the quality product these hard workers could produce if they had modern and safe work environments! These are made to a price point for sure, but with some company backing, thse could be a very viable global low cost washer.
Unlike the United States where refrigerators cost 2000 dollars, have a computer in it that sends a list to your phone to remind you to buy milk. You need only to look in the frige , which you do at least 3 times a day every day.it to know this. Hey You are too stupid and lazy to look in the frige to see if you need grocery's. They break after a year and cost as much to fix than buy. Why does a washing machine need a computer? I bought a used generic washer and dryer for 60 dollars for each one in 1997 you know ,spin the knob dump soap and clothes and let er rip. I am still using them in 2022. Needless complication over priced. I have the most basic fridge with icemaker 12 yrs old runs like a champ. Appliance makers don't care what you want that is what you will buy because reasons and you have no choice. I bet those washers are not too bad. I would but it if i could get a diy version. I like putting things together.
Great video. I’ve watched several videos on making washing machines in Pakistan and have to say that your manufacturing process was by far the best. Best of luck for your business.🇺🇸
Show me a washing machine where body isn't sheet metal. The safety is ensured by proper grounding and GFCI(although I think that would be a rare sight among buyers of this one). But yeah, I would operate the one from the video only with a broom stick, wearing heavy rubber shoes.
@@gouravfromuk Send me some link. I'm in EU and have never seen a washing machine which wasn't sheet metal, not even $3000 high end machines. I think plastic washing machine would be even less safe than metal since there's potential for shock through water so you want as much grounding as possible to trip the breaker in case of any failure.
Amazing how they build the machine with the little resource they have! Using the cardboard as a shock absorber and the wooden plate to support the weight of the motor or even the risk of electric shock was curious!
The way how they connected the wire cables and how they "insulated" them quite shocked me. I dont believe that it can be properly save when you connect it to the electric power and run it in wet environment.

It's amazing to see how they manufacture these machines so easily which are usually manufactured in big factories. The best part is they mount the motor in a wooden surface for protection which even branded mfrs don't do.

Be blessed.
@@memyself3275 thank you sir
Meanwhile you get all your stuff from China 😂
in Brazil we have a large industrial park because each piece of clothing is produced in several factories and electronic parts some come from china. all precession and mechanized. and also the use of robots and the famous industry 4.0 that we see in this film and an outlet to have a little modernity. keep in mind the most modern countries in the world have already experienced this.
If I had to choose to live in Brazil or Pakistan, I would definitely choose Pakistan, waay safer.

That cardboard sound baffle/wash drum mount must be on some next level quality
Those washing machines in the video are much better than any whirlpool model
By Miele
@@MISTERPRESIDENTELECT i got a machine with a pulsator. washes quite well. get a grip
Factory washing machine 😁 wow pehli baar dekha aesi washing machine model
It looks a bit tinny and I’d love to know how it compares to a ‘Western’ machine, but there is no doubt that these are skilled workers.👍☘️
Great point! Thanks for Comment
I bet its much more reliable than a front load machine
top loaders use twice the water
@@ufartface it doesn't matter if the result is cleaner
Probably better quality then most anything sold in USA Today 🤣 at least they take pride in the manufacturing process
Imagine the quality product these hard workers could produce if they had modern and safe work environments! These are made to a price point for sure, but with some company backing, thse could be a very viable global low cost washer.

World simplest machine very easy to repair
Good for the mechanics

Thankyou for such a good demo of washing machine.

I Love this method of manufacturing.this type of manufacturing industry is back bone of economic potential for your country.
I hope those workers who had to dealing with the metal sheets were using a safety gloves and save their hands
They don't they get paid 2 dollars a day and no safety on work
seguridad, que es eso???
I found it very strong and effective for small spaces
lol its the cardboard holding the drum in central position that screams quality!
Pakistan better than China, Pakistan product's always high standards, love from srilanka

Great video. I’ve watched several videos on making washing machines in Pakistan and have to say that your manufacturing process was by far the best. Best of luck for your business.🇺🇸

A washing machine with metal body is something I would never want.
Show me a washing machine where body isn't sheet metal. The safety is ensured by proper grounding and GFCI(although I think that would be a rare sight among buyers of this one). But yeah, I would operate the one from the video only with a broom stick, wearing heavy rubber shoes.
@@neplatnyudaj110 all the washing machine sold in my country are not sheet metal. I saw it first on this video only.
That's why the motor is mounted on a wooden plank.
I think, the USA, and collective West, have forgotten how things like this are even made.

They use a motor attached to a plank of wood in these machines? Unbelievably poor craftsmanship

It's amazing to see how they manufacture these machines so easily which are usually manufactured in big factories.
The best part is they mount the motor in a wooden surface for protection which even branded mfrs don't do.
