Everyone: Awww! Stolas is singing to his daughter! Me: Dear God above, he's admitting he's probably going to die along with all of Hell in Armageddon but he still hopes Octavia is spared. IN SONG!
A lot of lullabies do tend to have fairly dark lyrics. Rock-a-by baby is about a baby in a cradle falling from the top of a tree after all. Also it's been scientifically proven that, whether the parent knows it or not, the lullabies calm them as much as they calm the child. So Stolas putting in that kind of thing, (and his marital issues at the beginning), makes perfect sense.
we don't even know what Stolas does for work with that book, he's got to be on a big hitlist for having that book to travel to the living world, I can bet either he has made a deal with some more powerful demon to keep his butt safe. I just have a hunch with a purge in hell he could end up out of the picture for a good while
Viv said that Stolas' powers are different than Alastor's from Hazbin Hotel. However the thing I find interesting is that she also said that Stolas is actually stronger than Alastor As for the reason Stolas hired I.M.P. despite being more than capable of protecting himself and his daughter? It's because he wanted to spend time with her uninterrupted. Though having Blitzo around is a nice bonus Despite Stolas clearly being into Blitzo, from what I've seen in the concept art, the two of them actually do get along well. Blitzo is just turned off by Stolas' very obvious feelings for him
In the hazbin hotel pilot, Vaggie said something like (don’t remember exactly) “a mortal soul had never harnessed that much power before”, implying that while Alastor is very strong for a mortal soul, hell-born overlords are more powerful.
@@anitaremenarova6662 Sinner demons can only be killed by holy weapons. Hellborn demons, like imps and Hellhounds, are not immortal, they just live a long time.
The question is, can the dead actually die again, in hazbin angel dust kinda said its not possible for him to die again or at least getting killed by vaggie. All i could find is that what Anita said. There are beings wielding weapons that can kill everyone in hell, but beside those special weapons, killing someone permanently in hell is not a thing.
Loo Loo land is a rip off to King Lucifer’s (Charlie’s dad) Lu Lu world. Lucifer’s motif design are apples (apples are even seen in the hotel windows and doors in the Hazbin Hotel pilot). That is probably why everything is apple themed.

Helluva Boss themselves also confirmed that Loo Loo Land is the the Greed Ring, most likely controlled by Mammon. Lucifer on the other hand resides in Pride Ring.
@Dark Shadow Storm It's implied that Stolas slept with someone else other than Blitz, another imp, and *that's* what set her off in the beginning of this episode. She was already aware of the affair with Blitz, and hinted by Octavia's comment, it's likely a daily thing. Constantly reprimanding Stolas for wanting to sleep with lesser demons in the caste system.
@Dark Shadow Storm no it’s cause of the place they have, they have a lot of power and shit. IMPs are the lowest of demons, so that makes them look bad.
@Dark Shadow Storm well no, I doubt that it would all be smooth sailing if Stolas didnt have that affair. We can infer throughout each episode that their marriage isnt a happy one, maybe even arranged- aside from the fact that Stolas might not even be bi, but gay. He might have grown out of love for his wife, if he was ever truly in love with her in the first place. “Getting along” to Octavia, which was when she was a little girl, would just mean “not fighting every day.” Even if this specific affair didn’t happen and her mother’s reputation wasn’t damaged up until this point, problems would still eventually arise. Stolas didn’t do this for the hell of it, or just to be a one-note gag. He is clearly three-dimensional and there’s a lot more to just this once instance in his arc.
It's like when Tyrion goes down to brothels to...get it on with women there. The idea of a noble/royal getting romantically involved with someone "lesser" than they are seems wrong to the rest of that royal/noble's family

Goetia family is a reference to the Ars Goetia of the lesser keys of Solomon. Stolas is based on the Stolas of the Ars Goetia but he also takes on the form of a raven in that well as an owl.
I wonder if that was the inspiration for the Raven man... When I was in like middle school there was a game where you could supposedly summon the Raven man. He was supposed to know all that there was about everything and you could ask him so many questions and he'd answer honestly. But in return you had to answer so many questions for him and you had to be honest, there was also something about not looking in his eyes because you'd lose your soul. It's been a long time since I actually thought about that crap, but I have seen where in mythology Stolas was supposed to be incredibly wise, he could alter time to suit him, etc.

That one line in the song is beautifully haunting to me because "All my stories have been told. Except for one." has two meanings to me. the story of his daughter or it can mean his last story aka his death.
Stolas certainly won't be winning any Father-of-the-Year trophies, but he makes an effort, which already makes him better than about 90% of all fictional parents. I love how Octavia's beanie has a crown on it matching the one on her father's top hat.
I love how Stolas couldn't come up with a reason on why their life is now like this and what I mean by that is most people in that situation would blame the other person or put all the blame on themselves. Not Stolas he tried to think of what went wrong and couldn't come up with the words which mean he doesn't know who messed up first or what happened to them. "It's so musical, it reminds me a bit of Hazbin Hotel." You say that the second before Fizzarolli sings a line lifted straight from the "Happy Hotel" song! XD
Apparently, according to the Ars Goetia, a demonology from the mid-17th century, Stolas is one of the 7 Great Princes of Hell. He's said to command twenty-six legions of demons and to be a teacher of astronomy (whatever that means). He is also said to be knowledgeable about herbs, plants, and precious stones. His most common depictions are a raven or a crowned owl with long legs. Well, Vivzi definitely integrated the appearence, as well as the herbs, plants and the astronomy-parts. Considering that he's a Hellborn, I wonder how much more this Stolas and the one from the Ars Goetia have in common.
"That's like Tangled a little bit!" It's actually a reference to Charlie's song "Inside of Every Demon is a Rainbow" or whatever it's called from Hazbin Hotel.
Stolas is a actual demon in the Ars goetia, a book about summoning demons and angels. he is a prince and teaches astrology. hes known as "1 of the 72 demons of the goetia"
Because I’ve seen these questions several times in the comments: In the Hazbin Hotel/Helluva Boss universe, there are 2 types of demons; Hellborns, and Sinners. Hellborns, as the name implies, are demons native to hell. Of the characters we’ve seen so far, there are the fallen Angel hierarchy (Charlie, Lucifer, Lilith, Stolas, Stella, Octavia, etc.), Hellhounds (Loona), and Imps (Blitzo, Moxie, Millie, etc.). Sinners are humans who’ve died & gone to hell (again, obvious). Alastor, Vaggie, Angel Dust, Cherri Bomb, Husker, Nifty, Sir Pentious, Vox, and Valentino are all sinners that used to be human, and it seems that the greater your sins were in life, the more powerful you end up being in hell (Alastor was a cannibalistic serial killer/radio host in the 1930s, and apparently died in 1934).
“Its like tinder but for lonely demons” Thanks that made me spit take my coffee. Think the apple theme is referring apple that lucifer had tempted adam and eve with.
I think when Stolas in trouble he wants Blitzo to rescue/save him *......like a weird pervert way* but since his daughter was in emotionally pain/sadness, he put aside his needs to comfort his daughter and since he was still in dad mode, he protect his daughter instead of calling for help
If you look into stolas’s song it’s foreshadowing the possibility that he might die in the future of this series, finishing his last work, his daughter will be okay when he’s not around
Loona was in the last episode just had a small scene in the beginning when holding the picture to help moxy practice shoot with the photo of the family
I think inviting Blitz was a two part reason for Stolas. First was the obvious, being able to flirt with him the whole time, But also because Blitz could competently take care of the protection part so that Stolas could focus his attention on being with his daughter. Since obviously he could take care of himself, but it still requires his attention and time.

Gonna throw this out there my wife and I just started watching this reaction and we both noticed you're wearing Mrs. ladybug or whatever it's called my oldest daughter loves the shit outta that show 😂
"It almost feels like...Hazbin Hotel"
*starts singing I have a dream*
Throughout the whole opening song I was just thinking
“Okay, when’s the shit gonna hit the fan”
Hunter: wtf
The girl(forgot her name) : YA HAHAHA
"It's so musical, it reminds me a bit of Hazbin Hotel."
You say that the second before Fizzarolli sings a line lifted straight from the "Happy Hotel" song! XD
“Stylish occult” why do I really want that to be an actual store??
The robot jester was voiced by Alex Brightman, who played Beetlejuice in the musical.
Thought this was gonna be the best song in the show but Ozzie just fucking slapped
I want one father's day episode about blitzo and luna as well as stolis and Octavia
L-o-o-n-a
Willing to bet Lucifer made Lu Lu World for Charlie
Well, BLITZ was the one who ratted out Stolas when he snuck out with the book in the pilot. Thats why Stella knows.
"That's like Tangled a little bit!"
It's actually a reference to Charlie's song "Inside of Every Demon is a Rainbow" or whatever it's called from Hazbin Hotel.
7:38 the entire cast of helluva boss are demons born in hell. None of them are actually dead.
Oddly enough I finished my last exam before checking my subscription feed and seeing the episode there.
I love that he took her to a super nova to sing his song.
William Afton after being sent to hell:
He broke a phone on the pilot...lost the other one in the forest, and now he breaks this one as well.
“Its like tinder but for lonely demons”
Thanks that made me spit take my coffee.
Think the apple theme is referring apple that lucifer had tempted adam and eve with.
Casually takes child to watch solar explosion to ease nightmares
Stolas just got 100+ respect from me
The Apple theme reminds me of when snow whites eat the poison apple
If you listen Fizzarolli stole Charlie's moves and her tune, that was exactly how she opens with "I have a Dream!"
do u see when loo loo speaks saying “if u get hurt just try and sue us” u can see waldo as a devil in the background infront of them an easter egg
Let no one forget that Alex brightman played Fizzarolli
This is so wholesome😊
A few minutes later
Scary clown robot thing, serious topics and in five nights at Freddy's vibes
Loved the reaction video! Since this video was (mostly) a calming one, who wants to bet that the next episode will be more like the first?
100%! They’re gonna do some tone switches on us for sure XD lull us into a false sense of security and calmness. And thank you!
Moxie's right. She did say literally.
Fun fact and I’m not sure if someone else mentioned it, the voice for the robot is Beetlejuice on Broadway.
Robo Fizz is voiced by Beetlejuice!
5:20 "I want to go to loo loo land!"
Oh dear, I feel someone is going to be regretting those words in a few minutes
Moxxie does swear just not as often as the others, in the pilot he said "are you fucking filming us"
Stolas is basically talking roblox censored/roblox chat system language
Your reactions always make me so happy!!
Thank you so much!!!!! 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺
That was sooooooo ADORABLE AND CUTE!!!!!!!!!❤️😍
I think when Stolas in trouble he wants Blitzo to rescue/save him *......like a weird pervert way* but since his daughter was in emotionally pain/sadness, he put aside his needs to comfort his daughter and since he was still in dad mode, he protect his daughter instead of calling for help
Blitzo and Stolas be like just budies being pals nothing more.
If you look into stolas’s song it’s foreshadowing the possibility that he might die in the future of this series, finishing his last work, his daughter will be okay when he’s not around
How many times she said awwwwwww
⬇️
I hope to see Octavia meet Loona in the future
I think that Stolas’ song is referencing the end of the world and the final battle between heaven and hell
Stolas is from goetian demonology. Hence the "Goetia family" and he is often depicted as an owl, albeit a weird one.
Fun fact - Fizzarolli/Robo Fizz was voiced by Beetlejuice from Broadway ^^
That carnie made me think of a southern fried Don Adams
The only thing I could think of with "my worlds burning down around me is" is radioactive by linkin park
Cal! Your shirt is amazing!
Loona was in the last episode just had a small scene in the beginning when holding the picture to help moxy practice shoot with the photo of the family
I like learning more of blitz. In the history of the robo jester!.
