I'm not sure I understand the question. You can add collaborators in Airtable, who will need to have an account with their own login. You can control what level of access they have (ie view, edit, create...)
I found this video very helpful in the decision to use Airtable. Question: Is there a way to do recurring tasks that occur once a month? I perform the same 3 tasks each month, on the 5th, 18th, and 25th. I'm looking for a way for those tasks to automatically recur without having to copy the tasks each month and change the dates. Thanks in advance.
Airtable doesn't have reminders like Smartsheet does, but you can do something with Zapier to create an email reminder with a filter based on the due date.

@@okgareth77 Google Sheets can't do it. You can turn on notifications, but only to be notified if something changes. Smartsheet would work, or another project management tool, or for sales follow ups, a good CRM would do the trick.
Great run through of Airtable - really like the due date Task view and adding headshots of staff. I was stopping to add those!

You can copy and paste them.
