I wanted so badly to emphasize the 2 and 4 as it feels more natural, but Mrs. Flynn does an incredible job displaying and modeling the moves. I really don’t feel right saying anything critical at all! I’ve used this video for several years, and I am so grateful to you for teaching this dance to us!!!
you are correct the dance is designed for K-2 . but dancing is fun no matter what song or dance you do, plus you can add your own style to make it more fun.

I was replying to someone else’s comment from a couple years earlier and mentioned that it’s crazy to have any issues with a tutorial that teaches you such an adorable dance. And my only big issues is that I’m jealous of your waist line.. you must have taught lots of “funky cowboy” classes !!!

the dance is designed for K-2 so we simplified it. We want children to feel successful so they will dance for a life time.
