Russia as waken up after seeing the west failing to defeat Syria and the way their weapons failed to stop the Syrian advance Russia is much more confident that the effectiveness of weapons lies in media hype . They continue to see that in Ukraine where everything inserted in the battlefield have only success after much media hype because they were easily countered and then destroyed..

Cuba & Russia say there is no presence of nuclear weapons and it’s not an alarming development as Wion likes to make out.
