God is good he loves you❤
(and Allah knowledges his saying) "blessed is he who has subjected this to us", he is the exalted in might, the wise
I completely agree.. KCP is extremely underrated, and Porter has got to be one of the most overpaid/inconsistent players in the league
Lol, this is the problem with pecking vs orders over maximizing talent especially when a team wins some or wins a chip.
MPJ came into the nba the most polished shooter scorer the game has seen with superstar capabilities. Obviously, the injuries and then playing with drop foot but if MPJ was treated like he should be he’s an easy 30/10 guy. He’s the best shooter they have but whe you treat a talent like that as a 3rd, 4th option even an afterthought you’re going to get uneven performances. This happene throughout the business entertainment based nba.
The best role players will always be the guys who have no choice but to be role players. Then you have players who accept roles. Then you have guys who accept roles but know they’re better and want to do more. They have MPJ looking like a C&S dude and standing in corners when at his size and footwork not even KD was more polished offensively coming into the league.
The nuggets got away with it but I keep telling people make Mpj the first offensive option they’ll be better than they can ever be with him as a 3rd option. Mpj Jokic Murray is more devastating than Jokic Murray Mpj or whoever. Those guys will get their numbers but the way I’m saying Mpj can be who he is which is a flat born scorer shooter. Since he got there they’ve even had Mason Plumlee getting more touches and bringing the rock up to Aaron Gordon getting more consistent touches and handling more than Mpj. Now time in life even with improvement is AG in Mpj’s atmosphere as an offensive weapon. People also didn’t realize Jokic & JMurray purposely freezed him out then it got even worse when Mpj said in the bubble down 3-1 they need to get others involved. The nba narrative made it seem like Jokic was the mvp etc when JMurray went down and they weren’t winning but then started to win. Jokic numbers didn’t change from losing to winning it was more Mpj came back from Covid and it was harder for Jokic to freeze him out with JMurray out.
Guys that can do more but pecking orders hold them back will always produce uneven performances (See Mpj, AWiggins who was the best player in the finals, JKuminga who if elevated would make the warriors better than they could ever be with Steph at the top of the pecking order. Trey Murphy, Evan Mobley is another guy and I can name plenty others but pecking orders trump maximizing teams. The $$$ they gave Mpj should mean let Mpj do what he does best plus he stays getting better on D but if they treat his role like he is a 25M or less player that’s their fault not Mpj’s. This guy was a justifiable #1 or #2 player who can’t miss as far as talent/skill go before the injuries. Having Mpj standing in corners all game long is a disservice to him and he’s too talented to truly be okay doing that. That stuff will play with anyone mentally. He’s the best shooter and easiest scoring player they have as far as how easy he makes things without looking like he’s breaking a sweat. At the same age more talented than Jokic & JMurray when he came to the league. If these guys who know they’re more talented than being a role player but even in being ok with it do it, they’re still expecting to be elevated and I repeat that guys like that will always have uneven performances. It’s not just about numbers but they should be making sure Mpj is a 20+/10 guy but the other thing is while guys on top of the pecking order say it’s about winning they won’t give up their role in the pecking order to be better. Some organizations won’t either because of marketing and image creation. You can run the ball through Jokic any time, You can put the ball in JMurray’s hand any time, they can run that two man game anytime but when Mpj is a 3rd and lower option you’ll have a guy standing in corners knowing how much more he can do but when he finally gets the rock he’s going to rush everything scrapping for shots. Mpj has had easy 20/10 and even an easy 30/10 guy. You can’t maximize every player but they will continue wasting Mpj if they don’t elevate him in the offense until Jokic & JMurray get older. A dude as dynamic and lethal as Mpj should not be standing in corners most of the game on offense. Winning can disguise many things but pecking orders can destroy truly trying to win
@middlfingazup2446 you are trippin 😭 ..you don't take into account that you can come into the league looking better on paper, but that doesn't always mean it will transition to the pros.. MPJ is not even a top 50 player in the league( he's ranked 66th) ..not sure if you are close personal friends with the guy or what, but you are delirious if you think MPJ should be a 1st option over Jokic or Murray.. quit acting like this mf is Kobe or something, please
unless he’s playing the lakers lol. mpj is MJ when he’s playing the lakerd
Definitely should’ve paid KCP and flipped Porter and Nnaji 🤷🏻♂️
your on drugs bro porter is there 3rd most valuble player hes the klay on that team
@@Kamylamy yeah klay just got traded from the team he was 3rd option on and don’t say nothing about him being the 3rd option on the Mavs they aint got anybody better but you tryna say KCP wasn’t better than Porter? 🤔🤣
DANG!!!!!!!! He destroyed Denver
Denver’s downfall
Both to the people who wrote the two comments above. I hope you both get help and are not so dumb
KCP balled out the championship year against the Suns. I'm a Suns fan I was embarrassed. Agree w this 100%
As a lakers fan... THANK GOD. KCP WAS KILLING US!!!
2nd apron isnt just a tax, you should look into it bc it completely screws you
They lost a key piece....
Ngl MPJ deserves it🤷🏾♂️ coming off a championship run were he was very vital to the team
MPJ was one of the vest 3pt shooters last season.. what makes a 40 million dollar player and what makes a 25? Please someone explain that lol
Market value. If the All stars of the league made 70 million a year then 40 is fair for a player like MPJ. but when you have him making the same money as SGA there’s clearly a problem. For the same amount of $ who would you rather have MPJ or AD?
MPJ or SGA? I wouldn’t even consider MPJ either of those. & guess what: they’re almost paid identically
70 mil is like all nba 1st team level don’t compare jt’s new contract just to any all star and jalen bruson gets paid 26 mill a year and he is waaay better than mpj
@EXOTICEXHCHANGE MPJ signed a 5 year deal. He is getting paid. He averaged nearly 17 pts a gane the past two seasons. Which isn't bad at all. Considering he's 3rd option, if not 4th.
@@thetruthispotenza3602wym he literally shoots the ball every single time he touches it
@whatyourname7748 take a wild guess who the 1st and 2nd options are for the Nuggets?
Porter is making the right amount 😂😂
honestly since winning the tittle. what have the nuggets done? they’ve let some key players go and now other teams are stacking their rosters. nuggets haven’t been signing anyone so I think this mini area is over unless they sign some key role players or another star. we better western conference teams out there over nuggets
can’t see them winning another chip unless they change
Tbh everything in this video is true exept what You said about MPJ
The good thing and bad thing is Jokic is the ultimate floor general thatll make even lesser players look like there great. Bet KCP dont look the same in Orlando. Denvers lucky they just have to find more consistent 3 and D guys with heart and hope Murray stays healthy at the right times.
Nah, they’re not using Mpj the right way. He’s the best shooter/scorer they have who knows he has superstar capabilities while getting a lot better on D but standing in corners more than anything on offense getting treated as a 3rd option, 4th option even as an afterthought. Mpj came to the league with more offensive polish than anyone near his size at that age including KD and people think he’s mainly a C&S guy because of the way he’s used and Mason Plumlee to Aaron Gordon got more touches as well as opportunity to handle lol. Jokic & JMurray would freeze him out but the point is the the best role players are actually role players with no choice for more. Even though guys may except those roles when you have talents that know they can do more like Mpj, AWiggins, JKuminga, Trey Murphy, Evan Mobley then you’re going to get uneven performances. This isn’t playstation/xbox so treating guys with star capabilities with what they do as role players can get disguised if winning but even still that won’t last. They gave him 40M to treat him like 25M or less. That’s not on Mpj that’s on the nuggets and the nba being more worried about established pecking orders. If KAT doesn’t go down the wolves still get treated like KAT is the 1st option when like I told people a couple of years ago they’d be better making Ant the 1st option. Pecking orders trump maximizing teams though. The nuggets would immediately be better if they made Mpj the 1st option on offense. Jokic & Murray can always get their shots & points. Standing Mpj in corners all game is a disservice to his talents. It’s not specifically by numbers but they need Mpj averaging 20+ pts/10 reb which he can easily do if allowed. He’s really a 30/10 guy if allowed but regardless with more talent in the nba than ever guys that can be great in the past won’t have the same opportunities because there’s way more talent than ever with more multiplying. That means guys that can be great are becoming 3rd, 4th, 5th options unless an injury and you’re not going to get the most out of those players fitting them into a role player box
GOOD! denver fans turning on the team. Better for other teams
I was and still mad Lakers lost him! He's a very solid role player that can help on a nightly basis.
Let’s be real though, KCP is as role player as Role player can be. MPJ got paid off his performance in the bubble and a year prior. I would trade MPJ immediately for a PJ Washington or a guy who doesn’t mind playing actual wing
Lots of money for a 32 yo KCP with lots of miles on his legs. What does he have left 2 years? 3 .. Denver made the right decision . Wrong decision though giving DJ 3.6 million. Ungodly bad decision on that front
MPJ is getting exactly what he deserves, but you wouldn’t know that cause you don’t know ball 🤦🏾♂️
Being young and shooting 40% from 3 gets you paid🤷♂️🤷♂️
Why are you watching their pockets?
Why didn't you get drafted in the NBA?
Well I don't think KCP is that special you can bring in a rookie to average 10/2/2 37% or better from 3 from off the bench.
Stop pocket watching players 😅
That 2nd apron tough buddy 😢
Murray and porter just need to step up and be allstar anf malone creating a system around murray and porter. MVP jokic should be over if they want to win
KCP isn’t worth 22 a year though he’s worth 15-16
U speak facts
Wont win another for another 5 to 10 yrs
I can’t say mpj ain’t a 40 mil player because he earned it
BRUSH YOUR BOTTOM TEETH BUD
That’s because there a poverty franchise that relies on luck
This video gives me aids, first off were trying to trade Zeke second mpj is good he just disappears in the playoffs third the magic paid him FUCKING 60mil! The nuggets don’t have that kind of money and fourth we are trying to get Russ who is kcp but without the defense
Unc is pressed
the nuggets is easily first round exit
It doesn’t matter because they won a chip already because they kept MPJ .
Mpj maybe would have been a 25 million dollar player 6 years ago but times have changed players are making much more now an average ass center who career high is 8 ppg just got 30 mil a year to come off the bench for okc
BRUSH YOUR BOTTOM TEETH BUD HAMPTON
Go Magic!
That’s good one and done for them
Bum take. You are complaining that Denver is in trouble because they made stupid contract signings and because of that they can't pay KCP which would have been a stupid contract mistake. If Denver signed him for 22m, next year you would be making a video complaining about them not being able to get "free agent" because they wasted their money signing KCP. You need to be able to think big picture.
Honestly they could probably go grab Gary Trent which would be a slight downgrade for like 10-15m for 2 years instead of paying KCP 22m for 3 years which will probably be a terrible contact by the end of the first year.
Dat odda learn ya boy , take yo butt to Orlando ha. Go lakers
Yes KCP is good but why this bandwagon crying over losing a player when they are still a good team with jokic
Karma's a bitch ain't it
Why do you pretend to be a celebrity because of UA-cam?
I’m sure glad we got him we been wanting him in Orlando for a while ❤💪🏿👍🏿 thank you
I think it was and good move

They also let Jeff Green go last year.
Bruce Brown

Where they both go ?
