    I love the filming, editing, and content of the intro. I was wondering what I was going to do with my bowl of Jello that is stock. Another use for my ricer! I have all that I need! Passatelli for dinner tonight! Every time I comment I must also mention that Milk Street Radio is something that I need in my life. I love the interviews, the recipes, Chris and Sara's Q&A, and special guests. Mr. Kimball is the coolest.

    Getting to meet the Italian David Letterman and Paul Shaffer must have been Chris’ highlight of the trip!

    The Pasta with Parmesan Cream is a crime add some bacon and it would be a felony. Love

    How would one make the Parmesan cream that Chris had it served in?
    Just reduce some cream with parm in it?

      Whoops,just watched to the end and saw your parm cream sauce there,the lemon as thickening agent is a smart move,excited to make both these recipes!
