- In today's video I'm riding my ktm exc 300 in some extreme woods with some insane downhills! It's truly amazing where these bikes can go. Enduro as a sport is awesome but learning the confidence to ride these dirt bikes in crazy places is challenging. Watch me attempt to ride down some scary stuff and talk you through what I'm going through.

Yes! I love the exploration videos! They're my favorite ❤❤
YES! We do love the exploration videos!
I love the ride videos and can relate to them as this is the kind of shit I do every weekend, sometimes slow exploration type stuff & sometimes fast flowing enduro, its all a part of it.
Keep em coming, mate.
Love your work 🍻🍻
Thank you mate. Glad you enjoy them. Means a lot
I love the videos as much for your banter as for the content! Well shot and s9lid commentary! Love the exploring, harder stuff and just the fun trail riding where you are ripping it up through the bogs. Always fun!
A little tip for the back brake “issue” ... on steep descents when you can’t reach the brake, turn off your engine and use the clutch as a back brake. I use it all the time, you have to be a tiny bit careful not to start the engine, but you’ll be way more in control this way. Enjoyed the video!
Hey dude , keep them coming love to see ya vids👍
I love it all, your humour is great and I relate to it, this is exactly what it’s like being out with mates and riding stuff that you would normally consider out of your league. It’s always a great watch mate ✊🏼
Hey mate, just saying don’t let people pressure you into doing things, after all it’s your channel. Unlike some I reckon the Honda video was really good and it’s your idea and your bike so who tf cares. Good to see you loving the hard enduro 😂
Such a great ride!! GoPro doing the steepness no justice as usual 😂
Obvs 🤣
finaly a new enduro video
Nice ! Keep it up man Love the videos
Yes another video 🎉 wish you had time to upload more I get bored of waiting for a new one so I go back to your old stuff 😂
Appreciate your efforts mate 👍🏼👍🏼
Absolutely love the exploration videos. Also respect to being able to push your limits but also know when to stop.
Exploration videos are my favorite. Sprinkle ‘em in.
please keep making them! they always inspire me to get out and ride
The elephant in the room , the honda video. Would be nice to know your response on making it ,and then removing it
Tried trolling the TRF Honda owners 😂 it was never gunna end well they have no sense of humour
Just found your channel and I love it .
Keep smashing it mate 👍 💪🏼
LOVE your mucking about videos !!!
Course we enjoy these videos! all your videos are mint
really loved the vid!❤
For the steep down hills you really need to stand up and put all your weight at the back of the bike so you can use your back brake more because if you use your front brake and you are sitting which means there would be weight on the front wheel then the front wheel will just dig in and slide down the hill! So basically you want to stand up, have your butt back use mainly your back brake and a bit of front brake and try dip your heals too
Same with going over those slippery sticks and logs, the less weight on the front wheel the less it will react to the sticks and logs… I hope this is helpful
Any new videos are good in my book 👍
I ENJOY THESE EXPLORATION VIDEOS.
The real question is would you have fallen off your honda more if youd had taken it 😅
Love all your content lad, we come here to watch your content for you mate! Not what the flogs in the comment section rant & cry over. Nothings stoppin them from creating the content they wanna see!
these videos are the best in my opinion
Enjoyed the vid 👍
Welsh Enduro Hits DIFFERENT 🔥
woooww, i love your videos wish i could explore like that
Killer video! This is the exact type of riding I like to do.
We do this kind of hackage on our big bikes, 950s, 900s, 1090s, 1290s, in Ontario's woods and swamps. Terrifying till the pub.
Dang that was a brutal trail but good riding man
These videos are fun to watch
I like these videos
Love this type of video! You could add a left hand rear brake to aid in those steep downhills.
I like there videos of hard Enduro and trail riding but I know that everyone would like to see you get more playful and comfortable on your bikes
I will be honest, I find those videos where you are riding through this dark forest like this and the marshes that are foot deep peat and bog some of my least favorite. Don't get me wrong I love this channel. I have commented good stuff on here for a good while now but I never seem to enjoy these dark forest deep peat bog videos. They just seem a bit boring, watching a guy not go far and struggle relentlessly. Much more fun when you do those Enduro days or ride in other countries. That said. Keep up the great work bro. I will look out for more videos.
This is what it’s all about tho can’t just go to Romania every day or events every week I find these vids the funniest 😂
Taken on board. Personally these are rides I do enjoy a lot because they’re out of my comfort zone so it’s the only time I’m forced to push my limits.
Midwest don't listen this man my favorite videos of yours it is when you ride in the woods and when you ride in the deep mud because you do have to push your self I'm a new rider because of people like you and I watch everyone of your videos so thank you for the inspiration have a great day
@@MidWestMXwhy do you have mx in your name because I've never seen you go on a track on video I don't know if you did go on a track and i didn't watch it tho
@@MidWestMX I hear you mate, some of my most educational rides have been some of my hardest and self defeating lol. I am just talking from my very own personal point of view as a viewer. I ride the forest normally twice a week so I do understand the challenging part. Comfort zone gets very boring pretty quickly lol. Funny one of my fave videos was when you took the 300 and the 150 out riding an enduro day. Anyhoo brother, keep up the great work, ride on and ride safe.
love it!!!!!!!
Ive often thought about a thumb rear brake too
Solid video
if you ride with fear and with no confidence, you will get what you fear of, having confidence in your skill will get you through, also a bike is like an animal, it can smell fear aswell :)
So true
just a heads up, when it gets steep in the woods like that (6:34) ... kill your bike in gear and use your clutch as a back brake when cant use you rear brake pedal. I'm sure you already know but just a bit of friendly advise :)
Hi I love ur vids and I always wonder where do you put your GoPro
THE KING HAS POSTED AGAIN!
Much love
@@MidWestMX you to buddy
I know your not a beginner or anything but The best tip i can give you about the back break is when your going down those down hills and cant get your back break is to turn off your bike leave it in first and use the clutch and gearing as a break always works for me just know its not as powerful if it’s really bad you have to keep your feet on the pegs and break
If you are ever in the Netherlands or Belgium let me know, we are a group of MX / Enduro / Quad riders who also ride with some regularity
This is where we stop and think. What the hell did we get ourselves into
Hey I’m Carson and I have an Ktm 50 and I’m 7 and I love your videos
Press the like button if you think it would be cool if he did some review videos of other people's pages 😂 like reactions and stuff!
Hey man! Which handelbars did you swap to?
Enduro is fun tho
wow.
Hey bud, if you are worried about breaking your headlight, have you considered taping it up?
Mas que coninhas, tens amigos que te levam nas rides e devias aprender, coisa que em dois anos com as melhores motas e equipamento não vi!
Alaska
It looks like you guys are asking to get stabbed by those trees. Wonder what your average heart rate was on that Garmin for the trip. :)) You still got those crappy stock handguards, which I managed to break at the first easy fall. :))
I'm with you bud, riding is supposed to be relaxing 😅
Did you remove the honda testing video or something?
How do I get in touch just to come out with you and ride 🙏
You need to swap your map switch and kill button positions so that the kill is closer to your hand. You likely use the kill more than changing maps. I took off my wrap arounds and put the flags back on after breaking my pinky. Bushwhacking videos are THE BEST!
Yeah it was a quick fix. Haven’t sorted the bars out yet but agreed
@@MidWestMX i leave my map in green, took it off the bars and zip tied it behind the #plate, still can get t oit if i really need to change maps but cleans up the bars. cheers
Where did the CRF video go?
Someone get my lad here a BajaDesigns headlight so he stops breaking them!
Looks steep on vid, so it's gotta be really steep. Good stuff!
Don't worry about you being afraid of doing things that are way too much for you.
Besides being corshesc is sometimes a very good thing because that means you will have a much higher chance of living longer than the ones who are more reckless. 😅
So don't be a shamed of you being corshesc, just be the way you are don't make myself feel pressured to go everywhere ok? 😊
Hi guys, wanting to get into enduro riding. I have plenty experience riding moto x but was wondering what is legally required to do what you're doing in this video just so it's all above board. Tia
You need to find an enduro venue. Theres a lot around. We use the main one in wales Called the Mick Extance experience
@@MidWestMX thanks, so no license insurance ECT is required??
@@MidWestMX do you know of any locations up north like Durham/Northumberland ECT area?
@@kieran-ty9cb not for there no
@@MidWestMX no problemo, appreciate the advice, I'll try find someone locally who does it and try that way. Thanks dude. Ride safe
Not sure I understand the appeal of this sort of riding in woods
It feels unnecessarily hard and unenjoyable for a trip out "for fun"
There's so much trail and even track riding in Wales where you don't have to throw your bike at the scenery every 3 minutes
But you know, each to their own and if you like it then that's cool
You should get a hand rear brake
Where’s the 150, 300 bit boring now😂
I didn't know the Gaz Uber picked people up in Pussyville?
They pick people up anywhere 😏

How does bro not foul plugs
I like this type of content! Ps switch off your bike on steep hills and use your clutch as a back brake. Thank me Later xD
ای هم ایران😂
Get a better bike
How are you mate??
Very well my friend
