I get war axe first item cause I find it's movement speed and passive is the most useful to farm fast, helping to get the other items faster. Keep in mind that I'm still experimenting with builds.

Enemies are too tanky. And war axe is a useless item for Hayabusa right now. With EB he can poke down the enemies even in prolonged teamfights.

blue buff reduces the delay, and timing the 2nd skill instead of trying to use it instantly would make it work faster
