Very instructive video. Thanks! Just discovered your channel. As a Dronelink user who's wondering whether or not to continue solely with DL or add another autonomous mission program/app to my toolbox, I'm saluting you for an excellent explanation of some of DL's sometimes less-than-intuitive command syntax and structure. That said, I used DL and my Mavic 2 Pro to do a 2D orthographic of a 54-acre subdivision near Santa Barbara, CA a couple of years ago. It worked very well. 1,000 images. Processed in WebODM Lightning and that service worked very well also. [Tip: "Interval" is pronounced "inter-vull", as rhymes with "gull", as in, sea gull, OR "gall", as in, "this viewer has the gall to correct my speech!"); not inter-vale (as rhymes with "whale"). If "interval" had an "e" on the end, then it would be pronounced the way you're doing it. Spoken English is so fun. FWIW.] Keep up the good work! I'll be checking back periodically to see your other videos. Cheers!
Thanks - glad you were able to enjoys and take something from this video.. that's amazing though being able take on a procect with a 54 acre subdivision using DL.....Please do check back after your inter-vull.....For sure there will be more videos in the future uing DL
LOL - appreciate your sense of humor. That subdivision required two battery changes, which DL handled seamlessly (in terms of pausing the mission, RTH, new battery, then back up to resume mission). The M2P did very well. The finished ortho image in full resolution was 2.54GB for the Photoshop (.psd) image, and tens of megabytes for the resulting .png images. @@How-to-by-Lou
great video! I walked through with your video and created my wayypoint in my area for my Mini 3. Now, in the end, how do you put the hyperlapse together?
Thanks.. So glad this video helped you.. It's actually a 3 part series - this is the last part - if you follow this video video it will show you how, but this is part 3 ua-cam.com/video/5lmeOU_xQBg/v-deo.html Part 2 will help you understand part 2 - ua-cam.com/video/nZVOJi_vNww/v-deo.html
Should the camera settings list not be on top of (before) the waypoints? Otherwise the settings get changed after, instead of before running the waypoints mission.
Very nice! Hi! I am a newbie with dronelink and i just have a question regarding the waypoint! If i’m using my iphone for flying my mini 2, how do i go about setting my waypoints AB and C as i tried touching the screen and i couldn’t set my B and C waypoints. Do i need to use an ipad or laptop to be able to set the waypoints i am talking about or is there a way to do it with the iphone using just the touch screen!
Thanks a bunch! glad this was able to help you.... Probably go to best Bestbuy and purchase a really cool Android phone for $50.00, this way if dronelinks isn't what you expected or cracked up to be; you won't be locked into any contract but be left with a really cool device that has amazing data packages. Currently there is no support for dronelinks on the iOS platform. You can find out what's supported here hope this helps: www.dronelink.com/download
Wow, This is more than what I asked for. You are fantastic in explaining things with minute details. I am now having better idea how dronelink app will work for me once I have RCN1 & android mobile to install the app.

Very nice. But it is Camera Stop Capture PLUS 6 more items = 7 items in the list. Not beta math friend =)
