Wow Wow Wow Drooooool Totally agree w (fifi?) cos I had 3 pots of standleyana - ALL died! overwater???? or I dunno... give up! Love that hanuman / hanoman sp - brilliant, after monkey deity - love that!
What a treat Sean, thank you for showing us all these beautiful plants. Great job for the organisers, this is wonderful to see and yes hopefully we can see a national and international event of this kind.
You know what Sean you are very smart and bcoz you easily identified there names instantly even though they look exactly the same due to the variations of the plants.. I love watching your videos ever... 🙏
I have the green korthalsii ( [kor-tal-see--ee] ;) ...I think he was Dutch, Belgian or German botanist...more likely Dutch?...so the "thal" (that means "valley") is more likely to the spelled like like a normal "t"-sound instead of English "th" . Similar to the name "Lilienthal" (mean valley of lilies), a pioneer of aviation). It's a nice plant. Shingling pattern, suede-like leaves... I've got it growing up a larch wood plank and it's relatively easy...A set-and-forget plant *if* you get the waterign right. It's very sensitive to overwatering. When I first got it, I almost lost it because of root rot. It likes frequent watering but no soggy feet. Now I have it in a very airy mix and mainly water the wood and not the pot.
I need help. I have 3 variegated mahoe sea hibiscus. I can't seem to find out where to learn how to take care of it so i don't lose the beautiful variegation. Everyone has something different to say. Can you please tell me where I can go to keep my variegation in my trees.
I keep mine in shade but its only grown slowly. Try to give them bright indirect with perhaps morning or evening direct light, but not too much. They are very thirsty when given good light. Also very very prone to mealy bugs so treat heavily for pests often.
@@onlyplants thank you. i seem to either have no sun or all sun. We did put one in the middle of the lawn which is mostly sun and we water often until it gets bigger. the other 2 i have decided to keep in a large planter so we can control the height. I will see how that works out but i love them. again thank you
Yes I believe one is more marbled and other is more solid pink. But they can easily turn into one another depending on your luck as they are essentially the same plant.
Monstera has two varieties. Deliciosa and borsigiana. The deliciosa can get as big as a mattress, but the borsigiana can only get maybe 50-60 wide/long (which is bigger than most of us need). When people say albo they usually refer to borsigiana variegata.
Sure they beautiful , but i dont understand with the prices and the culture, lolz id rather buy a lot more other beautiful plants than buy only one of those, i dont nedd to over feed my ego anymore than i already have with just other beautiful plants that cheaper
I am not a fan of variegated plants, but I don't and can't ignore their beauty! they are sublime!

Nice. I believe it is a true epiphyte, thats why it didnt like having its feet wet for too long.
Wow that' a very expensive room

Sean, are there any shops that you recommend for people looking to import into the U.S?
Yeppp. Im working closely with @indoaroid.official they have a lot of stock and propagate their own plants.
I want all of those! :)
😀
@@onlyplants Do you ship to the UK with certificates etc?
Здравствуйте можно адрес где можно купить такие шедевры?
Hello these are by multiple collectors and owners. Some sellers instagram in Indonesia that I recommend:
@indoaroid.official
@frishaflora
@noldy.topan
would love to know the name of the big homalomena at 20:00!
What is the difference between a PPP and the marble? Is it the pattern of variegation?
Good question!! I was wondering about that too!!
Yes I believe one is more marbled and other is more solid pink. But they can easily turn into one another depending on your luck as they are essentially the same plant.
Omg that frydek
Was there a winner? Or winners?
Yes there were. They sent me photos but it was not labelled properly 😅 i was unable to match it

Tbh I don't get the Whipple Way hype 🤷♀️
I love the way they look actually, as accent in the garden. Waiting for them to become a common plant to get them
