Wanted a place to put all my childrens' and grandchildrens' art creatures
Still learning to use Etsy for new books and will soon have down loads for patterns for books similar to this one. I am working on them now.
This is my favorite journal ever! It’s so bright and fun and positive. I love how the pages look when you first open it up. I love the multi shaped pockets. I love that you’ve used your grandchildren’s’ artwork. It’s simply fabulous!! TY so much for sharing! 💖

This is the most spectacular book I've ever seen. I LOVE that you've incorporated your grandchildren's and children's art into the journal.
I am blown away by this journal! This is MY style of jj. I sent the link to my children and asked them to get their kids to draw me pictures. Even my 2 year old granddaughter drew “Elsa!”

I know Im for years behind here but just saw this video and am blown away! Im finishing up in a journal I've been working on for years and trying to decide what I will make next. You just decided it for me! I love the bright colors and the of page sizes and shapes abs all the fun page edges. I don't have any grandchildren so will think of another theme for my book but you're one lucky lady to have all those grand kids making you their special art! Thank you for inspiring my next project!

Don't you dare repeat this to anybody ever, but that is absolutely, hands down, THE BEST, the cutest, the most AMAZING junk journal I have ever seen. I'm pretty sure if I got something like that as a gift, I'd squeal like a baby pig with total unabashed glee. It's just AWESOME. I LOVE overly bright and colorful things like that, they are magical and anyone who can create something so bright and happy has to be a magical spirit as well. When you mention your grandkids I can hear it in your voice, you are a special person. I'm so glad this showed up , it kinda made my day a bit brighter. Thanks for sharing. This is such a fun journal. I wish I could find more inspiration like this. Everyone does vintage or shabby junk journals, and I like them, but it’s not really my aesthetic.

Howdy, Mary! I've followed the thread from Dolores J Rush to Annie Claxton to you to see this wonderful journal! Absolutely in love with the shapes and bright colors! Yeppers... I agree... children's art is the most precious art of all! Love what you are doing with the grand's art work. I did one page in a journal, quite a while ago, based on a dinosaur drawing that my son had done many years ago. I think it was prompted by something that Danny Gregory (Sketchbook Skool) had said. Me too but sometimes I cant put theirs in the book so I make it larger of something so the art work can go back to parents

Your art journal popped up on my you tube and I thought it was so beautiful and creative. This book should be made into a book for all kids to enjoy. Have you ever thought of taking it to a publisher for all kids to enjoy. I would buy one. You are a very creative artist and I just love this book of yours. Your children and grandchildren will be fighting over this book. It will be handed down for generations to come. Truly beautiful.

foxy and the cupcake are from a video game (five nights at freddy's). he did a really good job on those, that was crazy! the mermaids and other pictures are also really good you can tell what the art is. there is def a lot of artistic talent in your family!
Yep the grandson that made those love those video games. Good kids. My own Children are always saying that I cursed the grandkids with my creativity. lol. Its just not a curse.

It’s inspired me to do similar with my grandchildren’s drawings! Also I love colour, not so keen on the vintage junk journals which most seem to be. Now I have the inspiration to actually start a whimsical junk journal of my own, thank you 😊

Wow, this is fantastic, i want to do JJ's for kids, so using color ect, but almost all the Junksters do vintage and older style, it's really hard to find people who do brighter ones.. so glad i found this, will give me the motivation i need :)
