In this special holiday baking edition of Kathy's Matcha Chat, sponsored by Encha Organic Matcha, I am giving my favorite holiday "snowball" cookies a green tea spin by dipping them in matcha! Loved this twist so much!

Snowballs are an entirely different recipe and contain pecans. Traditional Pfeffernüsse contain white pepper. The word stands for pepper nut. Please try to be accurate if you are making videos. Did you know? Doughnut is actually what we call donut hole. The first doughnut was a ball, hence, in German, like these cookies, nut also refers to a small ball of dough. Good Lord girl cat dander in the food "sa matta wit use".
