S.T.A.R. - Spotlight Trophy for the Advancement of Roofing - is an awards program designed by the Florida Roofing & Sheet Metal Association (FRSA) to recognize industry members' unique and outstanding projects completed in the state of Florida. A panel evaluates the entries for inclusion and outstanding performance in each category. On Friday, June 17th, the S.T.A.R. Awards and Officer Installation Dinner featured a presentation profiling winning industry projects including Universal's "Another Neighbor in Need" where they donated a full roof replacement for disabled veteran and his family in Sanford, FL.
