If you use a frozen water bottle i reccomend putting it in a clean sock so the can cuddle it

Thanks for the advice! ☺️ I couldn’t agree more that it’s more comfy to cuddle with! 🥰 We used to do this (in a sock) in the past, but believe me that with 35 degrees of heat in the house, the bottle melts quite quickly and therefore no harm for the skin or fur of the piggies. By putting the bottle in a sock, we find that it cools less. 💖

How frightening , to have a heat wave and electrical outage ,,, and not know how long it will last. Did they choose to consistently rest next to the frozen water bottles?

It was indeed very mentally exhausting! 🥲All our energy was focused on the piggies. They were quiet and less active than usual and yes they tended to nap near the bottles. I would say the baths really helped cool them down! 👍💖
