I am not a supporter of 3A and quads for girls. This is an additional risk of injury. In senior skating at 18, they most likely will no longer be able to do these jumps. Such jumps are easier for girls under 15-16 years old than for young women, due to body proportions. Isn’t it better to protect the health of young figure skaters and prepare them for senior skating, which is more important than junior skating? But she is beautiful 100%.
I think 3A's are achievable - Elizaveta Tuktamysheva and Mao Asada have proven it possible into their mid 20's. Quads I definitely agree - keep them out
These jumping heights are not as high as Jia Shin. Particularly those two Lutz and jump combos. Of course she has two ultra C elements Jia does not have.
Also I must say she can improve her emotive performance. Just look at the second place Japanese skater who, in my opinion, has better skating skills and better presentation

My issue with Shimada's free is that the music is very one-level for two-thirds of the program and melodically repetitious. It's just not as good a vehicle for her as the short. The elements -- particularly the spins -- are solid.

4回転以外は本当に安定していて、ジャンプ、着氷時の姿勢、スピン、スパイラル、全てが一級品。ふとした瞬間のポーズが素晴らしい。膝の向きや手の上げ方も何気なくやってるけど、美しく見える角度になってる。
島田選手は全く問題ないけど、プログラムがなんだかありきたりかな。昨シーズンのフリーが好き過ぎる故か、何だか物足りないと感じる。衣装は素敵で島田選手に似合ってます🩵🤍💚

去年から通して3Aと4T以外は失敗しないどころかほとんどが1点近く加点ついてる気がする。クオリティが凄いのに振付も凝ってるから審判からしても評価するしかない演技なんだと思う。
3A.4Tはもちろんだけど、この子はそれ以外を昨年から一切失敗しないよね。それが最強

曲はAdiemusのThe Eternal Knotを少しアレンジしているものかなと思いますが、全体的な柔らかい表現にぴったりですよね。
spはみんながノレる明るい曲だけど、fpはただ見つめているのが最適と言わんばかりの神秘的な曲

何にせよ素晴らしかった！
単純に基礎点だけなら、３連を3S3T2Tから3F1Lo3Sにしたら0.3上がりますね。
成功率やGOE、リカバリーのしやすさなどからセカンド3Tを2回入れているのかと思いました。
スピンに関しても、木下の女子は点数的に効率の悪いレイバックを入れる選手がほとんどという印象です。0コンマの基礎点にまでこだわって取りに行くスタンスではないのだと思います。
