Maybe if life did not get harder and harder each day for no reason and no help in sight, people would not need to turn to hard drugs like fentanyl to cope. It seems to me that overdose deaths correlate with inflation and how impossible it is becoming to live.

Gayle symbolizes the utter dysfunction of the hospital system in the region. Just look at the failures of CH Systems, specifically protested Mercy Hospital. The union just submitted 2,900 nursing violations and virtually ALL of their doctors are contractors. Look at the HORRIFIC google reviews!!! Gail’s influence there and at ECMC, Buffalo General and even Millard Fillmore has lost the respect of the community including me. People haven’t forgotten about her MASSIVE volunteer overtime pay either; can’t trust sarcastic folks with degrees anymore..
