    Thanks for the video, Scott. Crazy how quick all the fades/gradients were achieved. Good stuff.

    Awesome! I wish the video showed the whole process. That end result is bad ass!

      I have another one. I was thinking of doing the finish process on my channel.

    Great video! Getting back into ABing, and interested in knowing what you use for practice paper. See the roll of paper in background, what is it? What other choices to practice on?

      The roll of paper is to test spray before applying paint to the actual project. Itis not for practice, rather to make sure the airbrush or spray gun is working properly each time before applying a color. Thank you.

    So I love using the wicked colors for my automotive models but I've never used the opaque for primer. I've always used Stynylrez and Vallejo for primers because of how well they really bite into the plastic and durability, would Createx opaque be able to give me those same results ???? Thank you

      Wicked Opaque Colors adhere as well, perhaps a little more durable, compared to the below colors, especially as Wicked Opaque Colors are made with an acrylic-urethane resin blend. For the most durable primer, more so that the brands you refer to, start with AutoBorne Sealer, www.autoborne.com. The most durable primer for game piece painting, painting plastic models and 3-D print composite material. Thank you.

    Dear, please help me with your favorite type of transparent layer? Medium hardness, high hardness, or what do you prefer?

    • @CreatexColors
      @CreatexColors  3 місяці тому +1

      By hardness of the transparent layer, do you mean the gloss-level of the clear applied over the colors, for example a gloss clear vs. a matte clear? Thank you.

      No, my dear, as you know there are types of clear coat , high solid , medium solid , and anti-scratch. My question was, what is your personal preference?

    All of this is at 40PSI?

    • @CreatexColors
      @CreatexColors  5 місяців тому +1

      PSI can vary; believe Scott was spraying more ~ 30 psi. Thank you.

      Yes I typically spray between 25 and 45. This video I was around 30. @ lower pressure like. 25 I would maybe add a little reducer depending on the needle and nozzle size.
