I was overjoyed and have never been happier in my life to see a bank robbery. I was so excited when the opening sequence began of Michael and Trevor, along with Brad in Ludendorff. I was literally ecstatic with my brother over it

I both remember the first i played Vice City and 5. That times we had no worries, no big responsibilities and we didn't used to feel alone. This was the biggest game in the world when it released back then… I was only 11 years old, and I remember being as excited as everyone else here in the comments. I couldn’t get it for a little bit but eventually I got it when I was 12. The world of Grand Theft Auto V was amazing. I had an unimaginable amount of fun playing it as a curious and energetic kid. Me and my friends played online together, had fun with races, missions, role playing. As the years went on, we all continued playing, but the.. magic of GTA V was slowly fading, and before we knew it we were all on the verge of adulthood… we played a few more times, and suddenly one day.. we all stopped playing together. Yes, we keep in contact but.. we’re all now adults, with jobs, and futures. Every single one of us wishes we could go back in time to the days of playing old games like this, and not caring about making it to a job the next morning, or paying bills…
But the memories.. they’re still pure.. and will last forever in our hearts.
Hopefully one day when GTA 6 comes out we can all manage to sit down and play again.. like old times.

As you listen , a feeling of longing or nostalgia awakens within you , and in that , your childhood memories are also emerging little by little , of people you already talked to and nowadays no longer speak to each other , of funny moments , in the times when you were happy and played GTA V for the first time, when nothing mattered but this game... time passes and we realize that nothing will be like before, this song also gives me the feeling that the happy side of life it's just an illusion, we're all going the same way... just from different perspectives... I miss this game and that magnificent soundtrack.

I have met my girlfriend 5 years ago. She was the sweetest person I've ever seen and what I most liked about her was how she included me in every little moment: basic shares, music, making food and especially playing video games. We decided to get GTA V because it would be cool to be in a "partners in crime" situation, what we didn't predict is that we would so much fun making heist strategies and theorize about its mysteries like the jetpack and big foot kind of thing. One day, she got a strong headache, she said it was fine and It was probably due to stress or something but 3 or 4 hours later she had a seizure and passed away at the hospital. I'm not going into details. This week I've opened GTA V again but now on story mode, I couldn't do it. I couldn't play it without crying I couldn't stop remembering about her. So I paused the game, staring blankly to the wall for 30 minutes or so. I love GTA V and I also love her, these exact reasons prevents me to open that game again. Thank you my love I just wish I could see you again.

For two years I had to wait. I followed every news source there ever was. All the hours I spent on forums, chats and youtube videos. Debunking screenshots, coming up with speculations and watching trailers literally frame by frame trying to see details or something interesting. I was totally engrossed between 2011-2013. And when I finally had my copy I just stared at it. Couldn't believe it was in my fucking hands.

2013, I was 10 years old when this came out. I moved to Australia with no English but as a kid, I always dreamt about playing San Andreas. Dad never let me play GTA but every time I went to my cousins house, I played for hours. When I turned 17, I was finally able to get it. The joy for me to just play a hyper realistic game that embedded intricate details of the real life really gave me a bit of comfort during hard times. I am 20 years old now.
I barely touch the console now days. Sometimes weeks go by not one thoughts comes to my head about playing video games. However, every time I need to retreat from an exhausting week, this game allows me to gain some comfort. I can't describe it. I can escape reality for an hour just by playing a reality based game. I find it strange, but I very much adore the feeling I get when I play this game. The feeling has matured for 20 years now. No matter the age, I will still fire up the console whenever I need some comfort. Waiting for the next one.
    Thank you Rockstar.

yeah man, im of your age and also had to delete all the games from pc and get away from gaming cuz adult life caught me up. Honestly, it is for the better! I All those hours we put into gaming we could have invested intro something else that would move us forward in life. This track symbolises saying GOODBYE to my early careless years and transfroming into a grown up who has responibilites and real goals.

i appreciate this game as an art, whether or not it was intentional, this music to me captures a long gone feeling resonating the early 2010s.. the california map as a whole, los santos international airport, the glass structures and the vehicles, it's almost like a dark nostalgic feeling. it also has a conclusive feeling hinting that 'this was gta.... or this was life....' as moments from the game flash by, everything from the time that pedestrian by the shore asked you for a ride to the airport and the rainy day where you took the los santos subway.. it all comes together as one deep dark nostalgic feeling and as this tune plays

@@TSU_PIA it's all subjective to personal perception, i don't expect what i feel to align perfectly with anyone else, my nostalgia will be different to yours. so all i am saying, is this is how i truly feel. there is no such thing as a right or wrong here, this is how I feel and how you feel. of course there is nostalgia for the good, happy and all but there are many shades to life, dark nostalgia is commonly explored in various forms of art

I remember how in 2014 when I was 11 my father bought me this legendary game, and I played it for days on end with my brother, sister and friends, until now these emotions when I first launched it... Tangerine Dream really invested soul when creating the musical accompaniment for GTA 5 is the last straw and the last large-scale work of Edgar Froese.

Reading through these comments of peoples memories o playing this game with their buddies really makes me wish to know what it felt like to play this game back in the early days. But sadly I was far too young to play it then.

I wish I could of experienced this game when I was little, my parents never gave me a console because they knew I'd focus more on that than school. Now I have the game, but i'm 17 now and not sure if I can still experience it the same way. this game almost came out 10 years ago, but that's not going to stop me from playing it

Don't be dumb, I was nearly 30 when this released and don't feel any different about it now then I did then. YOU WOULD HAVE BEEN 7 YEARS OLD!!! PROPS TO YOUR PARENTS FOR HAVING BALLS AND MORALS! My son is 8 and I cannot imagine corrupting his little mind with this bullshit, and gaddamn I hope you feel the same way when you are my age!! Sex, Prostitutes, drugs, heists and murder only make a good adult game.

I first played this game at ten years old, I remember going into the mall in my hometown then passing by the front of GameStop when I asked for the game, my mom said no then ended up buying it for me, to this day I don’t know why but I thank her for giving in that day because I’m 17 now and it’s crazy to say how much this game means and still means to me today, almost 10 years later

It's so strange. I never even heard of GTA V until Epic Games gave the game out for free, which I have played through the story line through and through, and just the sheer amount of life there is in the game... and from all of the nostalgia I have read from people who played this in the past... I wonder what this phenomenon is called regarding games with such soul and character?
