सरकार पे पेंशन का बोझ बढ़ रहा है , इसलिए देशहित और जनहित में सभी सांसदों , विधायको की पेंशन समाप्त का देनी चाहिए , और यदि ऐसा संभव न हो तो सभी सरकारी कर्मियों की तरह उनको भी NPS से जोड़ देना चाहिए ।

क्या बात है गवर्नमेंट एम्प्लॉय को पेंशन मिले तो दिक्कत हो रही है और नेता लोगो को डबल ट्रिपल पेंशन मिले वो सही है।
There are some hilarious argument made in this video ( I'll try to mention a few of them).
1. Return in NPS is 10 time less in best case scenario than OPS (If we take inflation in consideration at the time of retirement). God knows, what will happen, if return will slowdown to 3 to 4% in future (which will definitely happen as country's growth slows down).
2. There was a case made for inter-generational "BURDEN". If next generation can use road and bridges made by previous generation, which was made by hard labor and under poverty, then why can't they pay a share of their income for their pension (Because by that time India will be developed nation compare to today, and they will not have burden to make so much road, railways and bridges, since majority of them are already built by that time.
3. Employee's 10% contribution is reverse generational burden imposed upon the employee currently living under meager income group. their future expenses are imposed upon them in present (Return of which prove futile to meet future expenses keeping in mind the inflation). If they really want to meet the pension of OPS under NPS (Which is very much reasonable) then government will have to increase their 14 % to 140% + link it to CPI index and fulfil the remaining amount (due to inflation) by its own fund. We all know its heavenly impossible to ask for. Hence, NPS is totally fraud scheme.
4. It was a bad decision to impose the future expenses on present which was already super-stressed (for both government and employee) just for the benefit of corporate sector. Because they are manipulating the money and making a fortune out of it. During corona period all return were in negative of 10% or plus. So just one bad incident (like recession of 2008 or corona 2020) and they will vanish the money like magic.

As a government servant who served the nation must get dignified life after retirement. In new pension scheme it is next to impossible to for example the person who got last sallery about 1 lakh that person get pension approximately 5000 thousand do you think it is justice with him

Everyone knows how Government employee work. Even to complete some government related work one has to rome around 2-3 times in gov office and on the Top of which he need to pay bribes to complete the works.
Also, why can't government employee invest in NPS like all other private employee by taking some risk??? Atleast, government employee job is more secure than private employee so they shouldn't complain about investing in NPS.

In 0 P S only employee contribute 10 percent out of his salary up to retirement in G P F and Government does not contribute if pension is given and OPS pension is not tax free although GPF amount is free at the the time of retirement received. 50 percent of the last basic pay at the time of retirement plus DA with regular increase will be be given in OlD pension.

If we look at the car owner chart it will be seen that a middle class family is only able to afford a car under 10 to 15 lakhs on road , a politician is using cars above 50 lakhs on road and the average business man is using cars ranging from 50 to 5 cr on road from that view a govt servent is in the lowest chain so ops is better if not the best
As for the burden part take more taxes from the big business man India is a developing nation we don't need super cars right not ,atleast the average common man's priorities doesn't contain a supercar

One thing I understood that one employee gives his life of 30 toung 35 years in govt and get retires. Then govt should pay seva nivrity Vetan to that employee because he deserves that to live his rest life peacefully. But no, govt want to give burden to that employee after retirement as well. There are many flaws in this scheme. I urge people don't over look this scheme. Go deep and think from an rural and urban settled employees. They need happy and effortless life after retirement. There are many other ways govt is taking high GSTs, increasing inflation every year and targeting only rural area people or salaried people. Govt and there big business allies want our saved money and use in market to increase there business and if the business goes down the risk will be at salaried people. Don't be greedy for money after retirement. OPS is good. Get fixed amount and live rest of the life peacefully.
In OPS private sector employees get nothing. Private sector employees also work 30-40 years. They don’t get facilities like government employees. Literally all non-government employees pay for the retirement benefits of government employees while they themselves get nothing after retirement. Also, even if we keep tax rate for rich people of India at 100% every year , it will not be enough to pay for the pension (under OPS) for all government employees.
Why should non govt employees support OPS? Why is our tax paying money being diverted to govt employees? Everyone must support NPS
