      Good point. The more I watch true crime videos the more I wonder about this. I watch the police interrogations on the JCS psychology channel and so many of suspects don’t ask for lawyers so it makes me wonder if they just like to boast about their crimes or if they are just that stupid.

      Sometimes I think they're relieved to tell someone and try to get it off the conscious,at least at that moment but probably they regret speaking to the police after learning they would stood a good chance of at least not being arrested right then, but it's a lot of their first contact with police maybe and they have no clue about their rights, even if they're advised of em before the interview they seem to not pick up on the part about not having to cooperate,it's really something to see, unbelievable

Well spoken, easy to understand and you go into great detail. (Unless is really gory stuff involving s.a. or against children). My one and only complaint is now and again you do cases that others have done on UA-cam. Excuse the pun but some of these more famous one's have been covered to death. I prefer it when you do the more uncommon, lesser known cases that no one has really done. To me, thats what makes your channel stand head and shoulders above almost all others. Drugs and alcohol are a big factor in a lot of crimes. In terms of violent crime, I wish more suspects were tested, so we could measure the relationship more accurately. I think a lot of why testing isn’t more routine is that police are trying to build a strong case to convict. Proof of intoxication is used by defense lawyers, as a mitigating factor.

    A "census designated" area? I've never heard anyone bring that up in a documentary before. But, nowadays there are more census undesignated areas than ever before. Interesting point of view...

    • @futeramonfuturamet4830
      @futeramonfuturamet4830 2 роки тому

      A census designated place is a zone of the United States and I guess certain other countries that has a permanent population but isn't "incorporated", that is, they lack municipal governments, only falling under the jurisdiction of the federal government and the government of whatever state they happen to be in.

    Meth does not make them kill people. The people who blame alcohol or drugs for what they have done, are ridiculous. I have done meth a few times and was extremely drunk many times. It never crossed my mind to harm anyone or to end children's lives etc. They should have gotten the death penalty.

    • @mongogojjo5944
      @mongogojjo5944 2 роки тому +1

      Exactly man. Opioids, alcohol and phenibut were my drugs of choice but I also used meth over a handful of times throughout my life and even on some heavy tweaking sprees I never thought about harming anyone physically. People will blame guns, drugs and video games til the end of time sadly, people think correlation and causation are the same thing. During my addiction I still worked everyday, earned 30 bucks an hour, took care of my family and my animals before myself and never stole or lied to get my way. The stigma is totally ridiculous, drugs including alcohol only bring out aggression and problems in people who were already prone to that.

    Loren was hanging with the so called "killer" for many years as his friend committed multiple murders, yet he claims that he was an innocent bystander. After murder # 1 you would either go to the police, or run far away from this person. He did neither.
    He's a principal participant in all of the murders in which he was in attendance.
    Given the pattern, he's far beyond an "accessory". He's equally culpable.

    How is it that evil always outsmarts intelligence 😳 Must be just plain laziness

    At 00:09 my first split second thought about the guy on the right was "Ron Jeremy?" And I have to state a thought I've had several times about situations such as in this video. Think of how true the saying of "birds of feather flock together" tends to be. Gays, feminist, racists, religious people, drug abusers, etc seem to naturally condense and pool into a group of like minded associates. It's got to happen with murderers more than we realize as well. You could argue that they don't because they don't trust one another to not murder them while distracted but reread the other group examples I gave and you will see the not trusting one another is rampant in all those groups as well. But they still congregated.

    I'm sure it's just spelled phonetically so the narrator pronounces it correctly but it's goofy that it's in the video.
