Most of the problem - aside from the 5x overdose of DMT - would be, coming up and peaking on shrooms while coming down from DMT. People REALLY don't respect shrooms do they? Also, at the end, as I expected, there was cannabis in the house... OP didn't state whether he had smoked any... but.. it's a fair bet..

I’ve encountered these faceless humanoid beings of light in what seems like the 4th dimension before, and I think about them all the time. I wasn’t lucky enough to communicate with one (at least not that I can remember), but their speed and the structures they built out of thin air were amazingly otherworldly. Does anyone know who or what these beings are? I’ve spent a long time searching for these answers specifically, and hearing similar reports makes me feel comforted in knowing I’m not the only one with a boggled mind.

I'm curious if anyone has my issue. So I have visual snow since I was a kid and I don't get visuals like everyone else. Even if I take 2 hits (lsd) my brother will have amazing visuals but I barely have anything. I do have intense mental amd physical things that happen. I have also done unexplainable things with sober people present so It's Def not just the trip. I will have a breakthrough type of thing happen that I have to not fight but when it happens it's a flood of information, love and bliss. Complete loss of ego . Equally terrifying and beautiful. Sounds similar to 5meo but remaining in the body. Can anyone else relate????
Good question…. I would define Ego disillusion as a compromised sense of self, a fleeting experience of loosing one’s sense of self. Ego death is the experience of a seemingly actual physical death. You think you are going to die, this is the end - you are succumbed to the idea that you have no choice but to die and so you do… but instead of dying you are “born again” into the awareness that “you” are a fiction.
Ego dissolution is the comeup, ego death is the "peak" (complete blackout/whiteout), ego reconstruction is the comedown. This in very high doses, usually it's just ego dissolution - this happens in varying amounts on all psychedelics (and in sobriety)
Im explaining it with the assumption youve had it before but it really is just complete dissociation no sight no sound no self nothing. Like being asleep with no dreams. Ego dissolution/reconstruction is more interesting because we can actually experience it.
What do yall think this connection could have with religion? I ask because I heard from another video that in order to truly accept Christ into your life (sin free) you must lose your ego 🧐
If you’re religious then an experience like this would equate to feeling reborn, “egoless” in a way that one would feel the presence of their respective God. Usually when experiences like this happen naturally for religious people, you usually hear about how god turned their life around, sharing the word of Christ, etc. Psychedelic experiences are similar but many come from the experience feeling God as everything or just a loving energy that we are all linked together by. I may have understood your question but i hope it somewhat made sense
Theres a substantial amount of evidence to suggest that Western religion (and many others) are just people trying to explain the psychedelic experience translated and mistranslated across centuries. Ive even heard it said that Jesus was just a metaphor for psilocybin and ive certainly seen Christ plenty of times while in deep
