Kendrick vs Drake is by far the biggest rap battle of all time in terms of numbers/attention, it was between the two biggest rap artists of the generation, it had a solid 10 years of build up, and it ended up with more songs than almost any other public rap battle. At least three of those songs are gonna be seen as disstrack classics (Euphoria, MTG, Not Like Us), and imo two of those genuinely broke new ground in the realm of rap beef and did stuff that has never been done before (MTG and Not Like Us). That's why I think it's the greatest rap beef.

I think jay and nas was the best the matchup was great and comparable in a lot of aspects but they were different enough to and both fixtures at a similar level.
