After suffering a stroke back in June I have not fished but watching Andy has got me wanting to get some new gear and get back out there, but the rivers are a thing of the past for me.
I ALSO SUFFERD A STROKE LAST YEAR AND I HAVEN'T BEEN OUT FISHING BECAUSE THE STROKE HAS REALLY SET ME BACK BUT I PLAN TO GET OUT AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE GOD WILLING YOU NEED SOMETHING TO LOOK FORWARD TO HOPEFULLY YOU MAKE A GOOD RECOVERY LOOK AFTER YOURSELF AND TAKE CARE
Enjoyed the video andy, Think we all tend to always go down the pole route, I remember (back in day)always fishing the waggler, It is a great way of fishing, wish I lived within a few hours of the fishery , as I love great big bream and jimmy rimmers 🤣
another great video. Andy's enthusiasm is infectious as ever. My only slight criticism as an instructional vid, It was shot 2 months ago and just uploaded, so I suspect this exact type of fishing will no longer be valid for most people. Be worth rewatching in 10 months time though 😇
This style of fishing works throughout the year. It's worth a try pretty much anytime, although the feeding pattern will be different at different times of the year. Give it a try.
Do u mind if I ask as my old John Wilson float rod is due for an upgrade and was looking for an all round float/ pellet waggler rod can u use the pellet waggler rods for normal waggler and float lift bite for tench and margin fishing????
I use an acolyte float rod I find 11 ft adequate for where I fish not long range about 20 -25 meters in 2 meters of water max ,I’ve landed carp to 16 lb on mine but it’s lovely for those 6 oz fish as well it’s rated down to 1 lb bottoms which would be great for river work think you would expect to pay £160 I’m considering getting a 12ft just for naturals and river fishing with a stick for a bit more control
You have basically got to take these videos and apply them to next year when you work out the season. If you’re down south they are literally factual. 😊
Videos can't be relevant for us all. As long as you're taking in the information, it should be fine. It's still not winter and the tips are still useful up until December at least.
More videos about waggler- fishing 🙏🙏🙏Absolutely brilliant method!

Another one of my local fisheries but not fished it for a while . Might take grandkids during summer holidays
When adding a SSG i will put a bait band over the weight and hook through the band, saves any damage to your hook.
Great tip! Des do the same :)
lovely video.
must nicer to see you when you fish alone.
i live in Dorset so knowing where these water are would very helpful
All I do is carp fish. After watching the Guru underwater films and a few films like this I've dusted off the old float rod. Can't wait to get out.
Enjoy your time on the bank :)
Яку жилку краще використовувати,щоб тонула? Ви ловите із дна?

Korum do good all-rounder rods
Would like to see more videos that aren't 2 months out of date.
Time of year is irrelevant if you're learning.

It's on time for your Christmas wishlist
Thought Andy was pissed when I watched this. (Had speed at 0.75) Works better actually 🤣
I can't fish for toffee. Still go, just can't get it together
It's a Walnut Andy
Where’s the rest of your gear??
Think Andy is one of the best, but, if not casting far, why use a long rod ?
Line pick up on the strike.

How can a skimmer be classed as 4lb/5lb, something is not right in that statement
Agree mate a skimmer is a bream around 4 oz to maybe just short of a pound ,we used to skim them in to hand in the good old days
@@Royboy50 we used to skim them across the Lancaster Canal basins, hence skimmers
Hope to see you ones in Holland Andy
What happened to the catch shot 😠😠😠 you are just a big tease😂😂😂
