This is the first video of yours I watched, so I went back and watched some of the others you've posted. I have to say, you are definitely getting better at filming and hunting with each video. Like anything, it takes time and practice. Screw all the people in the comments who act like they are perfect at everything they do the first time they do it. They're no fun at parties and never get invited. Keep it up!
I’m in 4D, ours starts on the 2nd. I’m so pumped, this is the first year they’ve done this in my WMU. Just mounted a new vortex 6x24 tactical red dot on my old 30-30. I’m spending as much time in the woods over the next three weeks as I can. I got two tags to fill.
@TheMountainOutdoors yeah I wasn't being a smart ass and I know you didn't say I was ...but man every picked u out like right now but they wasn't sure what to do but anyway I did enjoy the hunt with ya
@@davehimes9691 I didn't think you were! No worries. Yeah every single deer I saw was in high alert. I didn't get to film some I saw from the road, but they were automatically alerted. I'm glad you enjoyed!
Watching your video with my wife it should make you feel good to know a lady has way more skill than you with her 243. Someone needs to take your rifle away stop hunting you are making my wife laugh
Mr. Woods, it is concerning that you feel it's necessary to tell someone else to stop hunting. Don't be mad that your wife goes out and provides for the family while you sit at home! Here at Chestnut Ridge Outfitters™️, we will be happy to give you shooting lessons so you too can shoot better than your wife! We will also teach you how to gut a deer so you won't have to make her do it for you anymore! Please let us know if you are interested in this incredible offer!
Can't help but comment again. A scooped rifle should have been able to notice the scruffy hair on it's head a few months old button buck . We hunt public land and would not do that. Go home and stay there you are giving real hunters a bad name

@@FireflyOutdoors thank you! I appreciate that. It's hard to film properly and get the shot and do the extras to make it more entertaining.
First important view
Important congrats!

You should set up a treestand in that area.
You're absolutely right!
First view!!!!!
Congrats!
Every deer caught u moving
@@davehimes9691 I know. I even hid behind a big tree and moved my camera to be barely visible. They were on high alert

It was crazy to see how easily they picked him out. Goes to show why it can make such a difference being elevated!
Doe’s are one-sit animals
I doubled last night again with my bow.
In this area.. I'll agree to that. I hunt other WMUs more and I can go days without seeing a doe
You should either video or haunt. You don't know enough about hunting to be able to do both at the same time
@@dalejohnson9624 thanks dale! I appreciate your input!
dale can I come hunt with you since you know everything about haunting 🥺👉🏻👈🏻
