I am grateful to have survived Pancreatic Cancer for 9 years. Only 8% will survive 5 years or more, only 25% will survive the first year. I am grateful for my husband, children, sister and brother in law. Grateful for life.
My father I. Law had pancreatic cancer. It’s the worse thing ever. Unfortunately he didn’t make it. It will be 3 years in November. We miss him but glad he’s not suffering anymore. Thankful God helped you overcome it. Count your blessings!

I had, still have my surgeon sent from God. He saved my life. I have no pancreas, spleen, gall bladder, lost feet of intestines, half my stomach. Lots of plumbing reconnected to bypass where the pancreas was connected. I am blessed and forever grateful. I am sorry about the loss of your father. My heartbreaks for the warriors who do not survive. 💜

We got multiple fractures, but we could not have been here if The LORD wasn’t watching over us. GOD is So Wonderful to us all. We are Blessed. ❤❤❤

The worrying never stops no matter how old your kids are. I have a 29 yr old daughter, a son that’s 27 and son 24. We have 4 little grands between all 3 of my kids. The reasons for your worries just changes. I stay prayed up for sure ❤️🙏
I am now I am a nana and with all this violence in schools I have been literally sick to my stomach all day. I am also terrified for my daughter she is a third grade teacher and she is like me she will do anything to save a child. I pray everyday and I am not really calm till I know they are ok it is not easier there is always a curve ball. ❤❤❤❤❤

I needed this today. I always tell my children lay at the Lord‘s feet. You might have to take it back 10 times, but keep laying it at his feet. I’ve been going through a trial for the last two years with my family and I know I have to take myself out of the equation and let my children handle it. but most importantly, the Lord already has the answer. He already knows the question. He already knows the trial 🙏They are all adults 😮and when someone tries to put me in either no one unknowingly I have to say to them I’m not getting in the middle go to the Lord and ask for his help. It’s in his time not ours❤❤ I love that show I cried at the ending, and I cried when it ended 😢

Hi Marie, I definitely have felt how you are feeling. I am a mama to 3 now grown children. My babies are now 29, 25 and 22. When they were younger I had days where I felt like is this ever going to get easier. It definitely does. My kids were always busy with sports, school, and friends. I have always been fortunate to be a stay-at-home mom. I feel like we were very blessed because a lot of families can't afford to do that. My husband worked hard and had a lot of long hours. So it was just the kids and I in a lot of situations. Which was fine, we did it, but it was a lot of running around. Now my kids are very successful. My oldest son, is a foremen at a HVAC company. He is also very established. My middle daughter is in PA school and on her second year doing her rotations. Also not living at home. Then my youngest son, who is 22, plays video games for a living. I know that is different but he gets paid to travel around the world and actually makes good money to play for different companies. I never would have thought that was a thing, but it is. So, try and keep an open mind and remind yourself that you are an amazing mother. You are doing a great job with your kiddos. You are raising them with morals, faith and a good head on their shoulders. They will be just as wonderful as you are.

My husband got sick a year and a half ago - diagnosed w a spinal cord infection :( He can no longer walk without a walker and needs a scooter or wheelchair when we are out He was working 7 days a wk and now can’t But I am grateful he’s home finally and here w us Things are hard and difficult but it could always be worse ❤🙏🏻

We have been getting some updates to the house. Now we are waiting on having the outside painted. Getting things done around the house before winter sets in PENNSYLVANIA. We have some things that need to be completed that is a must. Winters can be very harsh. Visiting grand babies, grandbabies coming to see us and daughter in law. It absolutely does not get easier, it just changes. My oldest started highschool this year, and there is so much more freedom, and exposure to things. It’s scary.
I was curious if you, or anyone else has had to turn down any sports or activities that interfere with Wednesday and Sunday night church? Since my son does the kids worship on Wednesdays and I teach Sunday school and have Sunday night church it seems to limit some sports. It basically came down to church or activities and sports. I live in Oklahoma so I wasn’t sure if it was this way everywhere or just something here. I do feel we are already busy and I just have one child and no other obligations such as sports etc. 😂 girl you are super woman over there doing it all! It’s very motivating for me!

Busy wknd - we had soccer games and then church and a birthday party on Sunday! Tonight - soccer practice Tuesday - two back to school nights for my older 2 Wednesday - soccer practice & one back to school night Thursday I have to break down the book fair at my Kids’ school Friday - hanging w some mom friends in the am Saturday - soccer games Sunday - finally after two wks I have a morning to sleep in (def looking fwd to that)! But I’m usually not busy every day but this wk I am My Middle actually is home w me now She has a bellyache ! Made it an hr in school and had to be picked up😢
Dinner look great since it had an Asian Flair to it I think I might have served some rice with it and maybe on that basket try some hand sanitizer cuz it takes off permanent marker off of right off right off boards so maybe it'll take it off the basket
I need to get my cleaning done. I normally watch church service online but I went in yesterday. I have discipleship tonight, and bible study tomorrow. I am grateful for a God who loves us, my family, and another beautiful morning. I have my daughter watching Veggie Tales, and I have been watching The Chosen. I have to do a wet set to curl my hair. We have been getting some updates to the house. Now we are waiting on having the outside painted. Getting things done around the house before winter sets in PENNSYLVANIA. We have some things that need to be completed that is a must. Winters can be very harsh. Visiting grand babies, grandbabies coming to see us and daughter in law. It absolutely does not get easier, it just changes. My oldest started highschool this year, and there is so much more freedom, and exposure to things. It’s scary.
I was curious if you, or anyone else has had to turn down any sports or activities that interfere with Wednesday and Sunday night church? Since my son does the kids worship on Wednesdays and I teach Sunday school and have Sunday night church it seems to limit some sports. It basically came down to church or activities and sports. I live in Oklahoma so I wasn’t sure if it was this way everywhere or just something here. I do feel we are already busy and I just have one child and no other obligations such as sports etc. 😂 girl you are super woman over there doing it all! It’s very motivating for me!

I’m thankful first and foremost for my salvation through JESUS CHRIST; I’m also thankful for my children, my husband, our home, our health, food, reliable vehicle, the word of GOD, our church & church family, electricity & water (when the power goes out I realize how much I take these for granted!), and I’m thankful for another season of fall beginning for us *it’s my favorite*🍁 🍂🍁🍂

Tuesday - two back to school nights for my older 2
Wednesday - soccer practice & one back to school night
Thursday I have to break down the book fair at my
Kids’ school
Friday - hanging w some mom friends in the am
Saturday - soccer games
Sunday - finally after two wks I have a morning to sleep in (def looking fwd to that)!
But I’m usually not busy every day but this wk I am
